Great location, beautiful rooms, and access to a breakfast room and private beach made our stay easy and fun. Next time, we hope to splash in the pool and picnic on the beautiful grounds! The office staff was super helpful and greeted us with a warm introduction of the property. Highly recommend!

My husband & I did an overnight for our anniversary and Ocean View Terrace was perfect. The room was beautifully appointed, the bed was very comfortable me & the decor was chic and inviting. More importantly, the room was very clean and cared for. The staff member that checked us in was so helpful & kind. The grounds were well manicured and peaceful. We would definitely return for a longer stay in the future.

Had a great stay at OVT. Staff were extremely nice and attentive. Anything I needed was dealt with promptly. Thank you again Stephanie for the hospitality! You made my stay that much more enjoyable. The grounds and room were immaculate. And having access to the beach across the street was a plus. The only con was I wish I could’ve stayed longer! Will definitely be staying again!

We so enjoyed our stay at OVT. The room was comfy, clean and charming. The bedding was very comfortable. The staff was courteous, friendly, and very accommodating. The social den was lovely for continental breakfast. The grounds were beautiful as well. We look forward to going back again.

Ended up staying here after our travel plans fell through and it was a great experience! Very clean, reasonably priced, and plenty of accommodations. The staff was very nice as well. We’ll definitely come back when the weather is warmer and the pool is open!

Outstanding landscaping, property and staff. Rooms well appointed, decorated and equipped. Pool area renovation top notch and out building breakfast area cozy, comfortable and well stocked. Private beach steps away. Enjoyed stay.

We had a great overnight stay this weekend. We had a little bit of an issue, since I booked the wrong day, and the staff was great about it. They worked with us, helped us through it, and even worked out a deal where we were able to stay our intended night so that we could enjoy the grounds and the area. Thank you to Stephanie for being extra helpful and attentive. We look forward to visiting again! My favorite part was the hammocks. They are located all over the grounds, along with a volleyball net, a playground for children, grills, and a pool. There is beach access across the road where you can sit in lounge chairs and enjoy the small slice of bay that they have to offer. The breakfast at the hotel was also incredible and so much more than we expected! Coffees and creamers, different types of tea, and a variety of breakfast items- something for everyone. The room was great too. The bed was comfortable and the shower had strong water pressure. There was also a mini fridge. The food in the surrounding area was great too. Everything we chose to do was walkable- we ate at Out of the Blue and Cowfish. Both meals were delicious! We got coffee/ iced tea at Hampton Coffee Co. Worth the visit, especially if you are familiar with Long Island. I am hoping to visit again in the summer and use the pool! I look forward to our next stay at Ocean View Terrace.

Came here on a work trip with a trailer and was so excited to know they had an accommodation for my truck and trailer. I also came in a hair late and Stephanie waited for me to arrive to walk the property and show me where I needed to be and to open my room door. I was lucky to run into the owners of the hotel and what can I say but they were so amazing!! I was quiet, the beds were soft and the staff were 10 out of 10. They had a small property across the way with beach access and it was so peaceful. I’m so happy I stayed here and if I ever have to come back I will definitely stay here !!

This little hotel/motel was perfect for our first visit to the Hamptons! The owner is absolutely incredible. There was a small issue with one of our rooms and the owner immediately upgraded the room free of charge. I will definitely be staying here next year!! Clean, quiet, and accommodating. Exactly what you want when on vacation. Thank you guys :)

My husband and I took a quick weekend trip out here and stayed for 2 nights, and loved ocean view terrace!! It's super clean, cute, and the staff was very kind. The spacious yard that offers hammocks, picnic tables, grilles, a volleyball court, and other nice amenities gives the inn adorable camping vibes which we absolutely loved. We did a king cottage room and though it was on the smaller it was all we needed and it was super quiet! The private beach is super cute and right across the street and the pool area is great and towels were provided. My only gripe was the pool chairs not having cushions available (they are super clean and made of wood/plastic, I was just 8 months pregnant and was getting a bit sore sitting on them LOL but I used a few towels to get comfy!) we will definitely be returning with friends and family in the future!
