During a huge snowstorm of 24+ inches of snow, the staff was amazing. Joe and Chelsea were so accommodating and extremely friendly. They did everything they could to meet the needs of us and other guests. Thank you so much for the services provided and for weathering the storm to come into the hotel when the roads were treacherous.

Our stay at Hyatt Place was absolutely fantastic! We booked a partial-view room on the top floor and stayed comfortably with three kids—there was plenty of space for everyone to relax. The room layout is incredibly smart, with a separate living area and a very comfortable sofa bed, which made a big difference for our family. Breakfast offered a great variety, even for my picky eaters, which was a huge win. The housekeeping staff was beyond kind and helpful, always friendly and attentive to our family’s needs. Being located right next to the aquarium was such a bonus, and the Land & Sea package was the perfect choice and made the most sense for our trip. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

I wasn't sure whether to deduct one or two stars for this place. It is an excellent hotel in walking distance to a lot of restaurants. However, this is the second time in a row that I have had billing issues with them. There always seems to be something that doesn't work out right. Make sure to check your bill at checkout time! Otherwise very clean and decent. Hotel. Breakfast is very good.

The beds are very uncomfortable and I hardly got any sleep. They must have some dehumidifier because the air is also extremely dry. Clean on the outside but very uncomfortable stay

This is a nice hotel, typical of these Hyatts. Unfortunately, they tripled the price for my last two nights there, so the exorbitant price was a big disappointment. The little town of River Head is quite rundown but the locals are trying to renovate it.

We stayed for 4 nights for my nephew's wedding. We had family come from CA, TX, NJ, FL, and Denmark. The rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff was excellent. They were very friendly and helpful. We will certainly go back there!

I love staying at this hotel when we are in town. There's something about the set up that I really find comfortable and welcoming. The lobby areas are clean and comfy- plenty of different spots to sit or eat. The rooms are good as well. Get a room with a view of the marina in the back and you won't regret it. My only complaint is that the bathroom could use some updating. The pool areas are also top notch, the outside pool especially. Oh, and the breakfast selection is varied and of decent quality.

We stayed at the Hyatt for our wedding 12/12/24 Fabulous hotel! Shoutout to Suzanne as well for helping us with our room blocks! The hotel/ bar staff were amazing! The hotel was decorated beautifully for the season! The hotel is super clean! The rooms are clean and spacious! Pool looked fabulous! Will definitely book again! Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. From the moment we arrived, we experienced a lack of courtesy and warmth from the front desk staff. At breakfast, we asked for a cappuccino but were offered one from the self-service machine. It would be appreciated if the staff, rather than appearing disinterested, made an effort to provide a more attentive and personalized service. We stayed for two nights and, upon returning in the evening, found that our room had not been cleaned and the towels had not been replaced. When we asked for an explanation, we were told that we should have requested housekeeping in advance — a policy that was unclear and, in our experience, quite unusual for this type of accommodation. A disappointing experience that, unfortunately, we cannot recommend.

What a great place to stay! Easy to get to, very comfortable rooms. Parking is a breeze. Comfortable beds. Great view of the marina. Easy walking distance to town. And the best thing was the true sincerity of every employee in there. I must mention Sydney and Alfredo and Olga For their true hospitality. All three truly made us feel welcome and invited. We will definitely be back, mostly because of these three fine employees. Hyatt take note. This is how you treat people. Thank you Hyatt, thank you Sydney, Alfredo and Olga!
