Best place to stay on the East End!!! The pool is beautiful and so are the grounds. The front desk is very helpful and friendly and the room had everything we needed. Great location!!!

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to live beneath a herd of tap-dancing elephants, this motel gives you the full experience. The ceiling is so thin that every single footstep from the guest upstairs echoes like a drum solo—24/7. Who needs sleep when you have a live soundtrack of someone else’s daily movements? And when you finally give up on rest and resign yourself to lying in bed… good luck getting back out of it. The mattress is basically a black hole in disguise. I sank so far into it I thought I’d need mountain-climbing gear to escape. Clean room, sure. Easy check-in, fine. But if your definition of a good stay doesn’t involve involuntary participation in an upstairs neighbor’s every move *and* almost being swallowed alive by the mattress, maybe skip this one. The only redeeming quality is it’s across from Carissa’s for breakfast.

Great great hotel. Very clean, new , nice. Very kind and nice staff. Free parking, very nice swimming pool with all amenities, 2 tennis courts. Separate changing room with shower. We were surprised when we were offered beach passes. Thank you again.

Went on Expedia today to book this hotel and I called the hotel directly before I booked it to ask a few questions about location to the beach, etc.. While I had the girl on the phone I asked her for a rate for that same one night and she gave me a rate that was 1.5 times more than the listed rate on Expedia so I said to her oh that’s OK. I said I’m getting a better rate on Expedia and I told her the amount. I hung up and I went onto the Expedia site to book it and the rate was changed to the rate that she told me. I called her up to ask her if she went on and changed the rate and said yes she did that. It’s their protocol if a rate isn’t right to go on and change it I said to her why would you do that to me, I have all my plans made and she said I’m sorry that’s my protocol. Are they serious that they have nothing better to do than to make sure somebody doesn’t get a better rate? And she even went on to say that they have much availability for that one night I want to stay. Why would they do that to someone? That’s very shady and scamish!!

My husband and I have stayed here in various rooms at least 3 times prior. The location is ideal as there are restaurants, bagel place, a bakery among other business within walking distance. The parking lot is a bit messy, I would suggest paving the entrance/exit and also clearly marking the parking spots. On our recent stay (Friday April 4, 2025) we were in room 220 which is a lovely upstairs corner unit. Overall the unit itself has a nice layout but the bathroom is snug and the kitchen doesn’t have much cooking space, the prior room we had had a lovely island (might have been the room below us). The layout is great and the brightness of the room was lovely. Since this was a quiet trip to enjoy each other’s company, we were a bit frustrated at the tv which was just cable kept glitching! It happened in living room and the bedroom, which was aggravating, it’s the only time we watch tv. The bed was HARD as a rock, we definitely struggled to enjoy it but fortunately we were exhausted and slept. The curtains were only halfway blackouts so we also felt it could be completely revamped as we were looking forward to sleeping in a bit. The room overall is great, the location and the building itself is well kept and staff was great. There is also a nice gym and the grounds are always manicured. Overall we will explore other areas as we really need a better bed and tv services that work, we truly enjoy being able to relax and it could have been a bit better. Needless to say that our backs hurt today ?

Stayed here with my partner for a September weekend and it was so great! The location is ideal, as you can walk right across the street to Carissa’s for coffee and Bostwick’s for a lobster roll. Newly renovated room with a great bathroom and comfy bed. Would absolutely return!

We had a fantastic stay and can't recommend it enough. The location is PERFECT - in a beautiful peaceful setting - half a mile from the village. The rooms were immaculate, bright and nicely appointed. Pool was a bonus and a hit. The grounds were spacious. It's extremely family friendly. Loved all the amenities. We had a wonderful time and look forward to our return.
