We had such an amazing stay at ocean vista resort. The room was very clean and comfortable, fully stocked with a full kitchenette supplies, comfortable bed, clean and luxurious spa like shower. Instead of basic tile they have stones. Felt amazing on the feet ! Great nautical beach vibe theme. The pool and sauna were very clean too! Going to miss waking up and hearing the ocean waves crash and just steps from the private beach. Thank you so much for a great stay !

What a gem we found here. Everything was more than perfect. A brilliant location. The room was spotless and spacious with everything you need. Nice touch with 2 Adirondack chairs outside each door and a round table with 4 chairs for each room opposite on the greener area. Pam who greeted us upon arrival was so nice :-) There is an indoor pool, outside tennis court and a short walk to the private beach strip. We got beach towels from Pam straight away to use Ocean Vista's own sun loungers at the beach. A deli is in walking distance, and LUNCH lobster roll on the way to the resort. Try and catch the sunset at Montauk's lighthouse and get up bright and early for sun rise at the beach. Priceless. I would definitely come again. Thank you.

Amazing,beautiful Oceanside Jewel! Girlfriend and I absolutely LOVED our stay here! Very clean, updated cozy nice size rooms with everything provided you'd need as far as cooking/bathroom appliances , all outside amenities you could ask for at such a reasonable price! This was our very first time going. First timeFirst time meeting the locals who could not have been more accommodating or friendlier during our stay! Very kind people running this wonderful, relaxed, laid back resort the two of us are sure to be visiting soon again! Just 2 minute drive to Montauk village, just feet from the ocean, beautiful huge indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, Pickleball courts, ping pong table, basketball,Beach lounge chairs (down on the beach!!!),views location can not get any better than here while BBQ grills along with at least half a dozen picnic and large eating tables scattered about the resort for any guests to use. No extra cost for anything either with plenty of parking! Highly highly recommend and enjoyed our first stay there very much! Thank you once again to Ocean Vista resort! See you soon! All the best... I appreciated that there were fewer people, less traffic than the more popular town of Montauk. The beach is beautiful here and there’s a pathway right to it. We had a room with 2 queen beds, no living room or couch unfortunately but there was a drop leaf table & chairs. Price drop after Labor Day made this break very worthwhile. Staff is always working and very considerate.

7/5/25. Was looking forward to staying here. Ended up getting in at 2:30am. Had to work an event the next day down the block. Upstairs neighbors in room 205 completely ruined the experience. Walking around stomping all night weird noises non stop noise From 2am till 11:00 am. Hostess was unwilling to help or didn’t want to be bothered with my complaint. I simply wanted to make staff aware for future guests, but they weren’t concerned. For a $680 night stay I expected better service and a better experience. Very disappointing!

Excellent location! Clean rooms. Great views, you can walk to the beach from your room! My girls and I enjoyed our stay! Thank you and we will plan our next trip!
