Stayed at Marram Montauk with my family and had an incredible experience from start to finish. The staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive—they seemed to anticipate our needs before we even had to ask. The property itself is beautiful, with an unbeatable beachfront location that perfectly captures the Montauk vibe. The food was excellent, and the hospitality throughout our stay was outstanding. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Marram to anyone visiting Montauk.

Stayed for MDW weekend with my family. The weather was unfortunate but the hotel did its best to make games and fun for the kids. Heated pool is good. Location is great. JAVIER AT FRONT DESK IS THE BEST!!!

Went for my wedding anniversary weekend! So thankful for MARRAM team for making the weekend so special! Mostrador is phenomenal and we enjoyed breakfast and lunch while we were there. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay here! Perfect location right on the beach and not too far from the town center so easy to navigate. The vibes are very beachy and what I imagined with comfy beds. They provide robes, have beach towels and chairs at request, and have lots of free programming like morning yoga. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Would stay again I just recommend bringing slippers for the floors being cold:)

I have been staying at Marram since spring of 2020– can’t believe that’s 6 years now! I’ve stayed there 4 times now, and I feel like my experiences keep getting better and better. Upon arrival, I was very underdressed with a t shirt on (it was much warmer towards NYC). Javier at the front desk offered me his jacket while showing me a couple of rooms that were available. I greatly appreciated his kindness. Also shoutout to Michelle, who emailed me photos of the type of room available, since I brought my mom who is handicapped. The staff was able to provide basic items that we asked for promptly, which was fantastic. They now have complimentary breakfast until mid May—they had gluten free oatmeal and yogurt! I was so happy I was able to find something to eat, being that I have celiac. The hotel is very clean, I have always loved the decor and vibe. SO much so, I’ve copied it with my home decor over the years. Location also can’t be beat—distanced from the other hotels, and right on the ocean. I used to come to Montauk with my parents every summer growing up, until my dad passed away. My mom hasn’t been back in 20 years, so this was a real treat being able to come here together! She also loved it so much… we both didn’t want to go home! Thank you, Marram, for a once again amazing experience!

Don’t be fooled by the website. This place is a motel not a four star hotel. The room was dingy and smelled musty and gross. The floors were bare and cold. The bathroom was disappointing. The design was outdated and sad. The walkways throughout the motel were badly in need of paint and upkeep. The whole place felt like it had just been through months of frat parties and hadn’t been fixed up yet. I was so disappointed . The staff was really lovely and let us check in early. The linens on the bed were warm and fluffy. They have Le Labo soap. Those would be the best things about this hotel. Of course the location is amazing. It is right on the water.

We stayed as a group of three, but the room was prepared for two. The floor is concrete and very cold, with no slippers provided. The pillows and mattress were overly soft and of poor quality. That said, everything else was wonderful—the view, the ocean, the café, and the Le Labo toiletries. Still, the prices do feel a bit overpriced.

The only positives were the friendly staff and the fact that the ocean was right in front of the property. Other than that, it really felt like a motel compared to the price. The bathroom sink in the room was clogged and wouldn’t drain, there was no TV, and the room was so small that I couldn’t even open my suitcase properly. The heater was extremely loud, so I had to keep it off, and the noise between floors was terrible. I couldn’t sleep because it started from sarly morning. Overall, paying over $500 per night on a weekday was extremely disappointing.

Highly recommend for both personal/couples' getaways and corporate retreats. Our business networking group had a phenomenal experience, with several members saying they would like to return every year! Kudos to Ben, Anthony, and the rest of the Marram team. Excellent experience.

My husband and I had an absolutely amazing stay at Marram. The staff is so accommodating and it felt like they were family. The grounds are absolutely breathtaking, the pool being a few feet away from the beach is so convenient. I recommend this hotel to anyone with families. Looking forward to going back!
