My Hubby& I were just there for a 3 day weekend. We had the queen suite on the first floor. I had a not quite healed broken foot & Flo was so accommodating! She is an amazing, kind, smart woman who makes your stay magical& memorable. Her property is wonderful & she is amazing! We will visit again. We felt right @ home! Thank you Flo for an amazing time with you! You are so kind& sweet! We look forward to seeing you again! Mona& Paul

We had an excellent stay despite poor Memorial Day weekend weather. Flo, the innkeeper, is warm and gracious. She and her daughter Janine keeps the space clean and organized. Plenty of options for snacks, tea/coffee/OJ. Breakfast is simple and everything is well kept. The area is quaint and the house as well as each room has character with a sense of personality, seen in photos attached. We stayed in the Victorian Room, originally meant to store doll collection, plenty spacious for two, soft bedding and comfy seating. Surrounding area is well kept. There are trails over this 10 acre private property you can explore. This B&B is off the beaten path, accompanied by sounds of wildlife all day long. 10min drive to Greenport, local wineries and 5min drive to nearby beach access (Beach towels and sunscreen provided on premise).

Had a lovely stay -- so peaceful, private, and comfortable here! Flo is a great hostess and she keeps the place very clean & orderly. Flo makes wonderful eggs for breakfast and prepares a great assortment of fruits, yogurt, grains etc.. She is helpful in every respect.

Hidden gem: accommodations, and location were excellent. What sold me is that we were able to bring our dogs if we stayed in the oak room which included two bathrooms two couches, two armchairs, a queen bed and two twin beds in the loft. Room also had a kitchen with a sink, full size refrigerator as well as an island counter and kitchen table. Large colonial is a relatively new house with an antique and vintage feel. All the rooms were exquisitely decorated which made you feel like you were stepping back in time. Flo was an excellent host, very friendly and willing to take the extra step to make you feel welcome. Breakfast included fresh fruit, a hot dish, cake, yogurt and granola; place was kept very clean and had plenty of towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner to accommodate. Location was great for walking the dogs and seeing the animals (deer, turkeys, horses, chickens), easy trek to the beach - definitely a must go for people who enjoy nature. We (including dogs) loved it and we would certainly go back.

Lovely B&B on the north fork of Long Island! Stunning property that takes you back to Victorian times with it's thoughtful and beautiful decor. We had a large room with private bath that was as clean and comfortable as could be imagined. Very quiet too. The breakfast that our hostess put on was wonderful as well. Favorite part of the home was the expansive wrap around porch! Could have sat there all day!
