Loved our stay at Bayview Resort! Patrick and Brian who run the place were amazing. So accommodating and really made our experience great. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for a weekend in the Hamptons. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful property that boasts everything an east end resort should have. This is my wife’s and i’s third visit, and once again, we were not disappointed. The property managers, Brian and Patrick, went above and beyond to make our stays memorable ones. The Bayview Resort is a “ Hidden Gem” and we will definitely be back.

We recently stayed at Bayview Resort for two nights and absolutely loved it! Bayview has managed to keep that nostalgic, relaxed summer vacation vibe while still feeling updated and well cared for.

The Bay View is a beautiful resort, and we had a wonderful stay. We stayed in the penthouse, which offered amazing and breathtaking views. The penthouse was beautifully equipped with a kitchen that included a small refrigerator, microwave, stove top, and oven. It also had everything we needed, including dishes, utensils, glasses, pots and pans, and coffee cups. The beds were very comfortable, and there was a cozy couch where we could relax and watch TV. The terrace was the perfect place to sit back and enjoy the beautiful views. The pool area is very nice, with plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing. There is also a sun deck with Adirondack chairs and additional lounge chairs. Guests can also use the kayaks free of charge, which is a wonderful amenity. A continental breakfast is served every morning just below the penthouse. It includes bagels, croissants, yogurt, coffee, tea, and orange juice. Despite the breakfast area being nearby, the penthouse was very quiet, even during breakfast hours. There is also a small gym available for guests who would like to exercise. Our hosts, Brian and Patrick, were terrific. They were professional, helpful, personable, and pleasant, and they made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.

I stayed for two nights, my first time here. Patrick is great, seems to be an almost one man show here! Stayed in Balcony Queen (second floor), beautiful view of the bay. Room is clean, beds very comfortable (I like a firm mattress and that is what it is). Beautiful pool right on the bay and even their own pier with rocking chairs, Adirondack chairs, and a covered cabana type area to sit and look at the bay, whether it is while having coffee in the AM or a drink in the evening. I highly recommend Bayview and will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. Clean room, great setting and ambiance. Convenient location to get around the area. Places to eat nearby. And really great and friendly owners!

This place exceeds expectations. We immediately felt safe and at home even if we arrived a little late on our first night. Staff as helpful and accommodating, made us feel welcome. We loved the location close to a lot more places to explore. They also have bikes you can use and canoes but with our trip due to severe weather conditions we weren’t successful to explore the bay. They also made sure that we were informed and safe. We did enjoy our two nights two days stay. I rarely stay an extra night just to sleep but the location is superb. Imagine waking up to spectacular sunrise. :) and your car park outside of your door. :)

Great experience, great stuff and wonderful location! The views I saw in the morning when the sun was rising are incredible! Wonderful and clean rooms and comfortable mattress too! Thank you so much! We will be back!

What a rare find! Celebrating my 10th Anniversary with my hubby and had a bad experience with my first booking but Bayview and the manager Brian were an absolute DELIGHT! Room was lovely, pool was clean and beautiful, cute club house hosted continental breakfast, small gym, kayaking, loaner bikes and small cozy sundeck …all just PERFECT! Cant wait to return!

The room we had was filthy. First, we started with the bathroom, which had a measly little shower stall that was full of mold and broken grout and a dirty bottom in it. I couldn’t believe for the price I paid how disgusting the shower was. That wasn’t the only discrepancy in the cleanliness. It just started going on and on no dishwasher in the room that provides area to cook you had to hand wash your dishes with a dirty sponge that was left there for I don’t know how long the coffee mugs were dirty, coffee stained, and the coffee machine had an empty used coffee pod in it that was dirty too. The floor in the room was dirty as well. I found a nail on the floor next to my bed underneath the beds look like they’ve never been swept. They were dead flies in the windows, ledges the glass table top was One big gross streak . The throw carpets on the floor were obviously old and filthy. I was very disappointed at the cleanliness being that one of the best reviews said oh how clean the place was the place was not clean. Ended that killed it for me.
