We had a great time at the Breakers, the place is very relaxing with beautiful beach views. The staff was all very friendly, and Andre was super helpful and made our stay feel special. Beach right across the street was amazing, pool was also very nice. We liked our room and the bed was VERY comfortable. Overall this was a super relaxing stay and we would return!

The studios aren't very private, you can see through the blinds. I mean really wow !!! And for the money it cost there is no television. Even 1 star motels have cable and Breakers is a Resort?

Amazing location. The staff was super nice and helpful. They cleaned our room every day which was amazing. They just need longer shower curtains in the bathroom cause there was water everywhere after you showered.

And excellent boutique hotel. It's right across from the beach and a block or two from downtown, which is perfect. You can rent a bike or chill poolside.

Took my wife to Breakers for her birthday, and we absolutely loved our stay. This place hits all the right notes—scenic, relaxing, and just steps from the beach. The pool was a vibe, and having a dope Mexican restaurant right on site? Huge bonus. Big shout-out to the cleaning staff, too—super fast, friendly, and efficient. MTK has plenty of options, but Breakers felt like a perfect fit for us. We can’t wait to come back.

Great place near everything wished we had another bedroom as we thought we were getting a cabin but our space was part of the townhomes or whatever you call them. Still…pool was great for dips, Crispy Taco was great for snacks and margs. Beach across the street was awesome as well…can’t wait to come back!

The rooms were cute but grounds need improvement. There were no paths to the rooms and it was pouring rain making you have to walk through the wet grass which is a safety hazard. Minor rusting in room, no TV as advertised on sign outside

It’s a budget motel with high price tag during the peak season, which is understandable. I wish all the room amenities are well maintained. We had a kettle missing knob so we can’t open the lid to use it. It was 5:30 pm and no one is available for us to talk to. Mirror is peeling off. Wall is thin and you can hear everything going on. Room had a smell (like a moldy smell) and we think it’s from the AC. We turned it off and it gradually went away. Location is convenient, across the street is the beach. But that’s about it.
