Great hotel especially for a family on a travel sports team! We stay here fairly frequently, Justin the manager is always extremely courteous, professional and helpful! The pool is well maintained, breakfast is solid and the rooms always clean with plenty of amenities.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel/stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was decent. The breakfast options were somewhat limited… not the best to be completely honest. Unfortunately, I would never stay here again though due to it feeling like a homeless shelter. Multiple individuals were hanging around the lobby and wondering the hallways all day long… camped out watching the lobby televisions while drinking their boxed wine. In addition, it would appear that some homeless individuals were also staying overnight. Two different individuals would come to the complimentary breakfast multiple times each morning and fill bags with food to take back to their rooms. Unfortunately, not my best stay at a Marriott during business travel.

We are currently staying here for over six weeks now due to unforeseen circumstances The staff here has been phenomenal The hotel is definitely family and kid friendly We also have our dog with us and it has not been an issue at all The staff goes above and beyond on a daily basis to make sure everything runs smoothly here you can tell that they care we have stated other locations and they do not compared to the standards. They keep here with what they have to work with hotel chains on my island are not safe like they used to be this particular location. I have my three-year-old little girl with us and we feel safe welcomed and feel like family in a weird way.

They have renovated and updated things since the last time I had to stay here. Now you have to pay for parking, which is kind-of-good because during my last visit here, I couldn’t find any open spaces around the hotel, had to park over inside the theater parking lot. When it comes to the room when I first checked into my room and noticed wrinkles deep in the duvet cover, then I politely asked for a new one and they made all the proper arrangements and made sure everything was clean to my liking and asked for my approval which I thought was great. I would love to give them five stars but because of that one small issue, I can’t. Let’s say 4.5 out of 5 overall. I almost forgot to mention that they keep a security guard in the lobby throughout the night and you can’t get in after dark unless you scan or tap your door key card. Or a reservation screenshot to show them

Our family had such an amazing time here at this property. This would make it our 3rd or 4th time staying here in the past year and this is the only property we stay at when coming to Long Island. The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially the gentleman named Justin, who always goes over and beyond to make sure we have what we need throughout our stay. As long as that property remains, this will always be our 1st choice.

The room was spacious and clean. It was very nice to have a forest view. The night lobby attendant Ebinitu was phenomenal and very pleasant. The breakfast had great and delicious options every day. Wonderful hotel to stay for work or leisure.

This place is not that great. Service is poor and the rooms are not that clean. They are short staff and you can tell. The manager Justin Sanchez is unprofessional and treated me so rude. I was staying there for an extended stay and canceled my reservation short. He needs to go back to training to learn how to treat customers and guests better than how he treated me. I’m actually trying to pursue legal action against him because of how I was treated

Awful, disgusting hotel that you should absolutely avoid. They have miserably uncomfortable beds (and a tendency to give you whatever bed type they feel like), a parking fee when you're parking across from a movie theater attached to a mall with an empty parking lot, dirty rooms (i.e. dried bodily fluids on furniture), and a giant flag flapping against our window all night. When I went to the front desk to complain they dismissed me because a manager wasn't available in person or by phone... They finally emailed me an updated receipt with $50 credited for the bed type guarantee, but no response about any of the other issues.

Real cozy, standard Residence Inn living spaces. Good central location. Breakfast and great staff made the stay feel like we were very welcomed. Thanks

This is a very clean and nice hotel. There was a welcome package with goodies and extra gift miles, which was a nice touch. The complementary breakfast is a bonus, but parking price is a bit odd given that there are plenty of free lots nearby. There is not much to do nearby, but it is a convenient stay for a visit to central LI.
