This was the most expensive hotel I've ever stayed in and the worst hotel experience of my life. I booked this hotel because all others were sold out, and in hindsight, I would have been better off sleeping in my car. The hotel is next to a night club which plays loud music and attracts loud crowds. Parking is difficult because the club uses the hotel's parking. I was awake until 2am listening to the club music and then awake an additional 2 hours listening to people outside yell, sing, and play music on a personal speaker. I finally had to go outside and beg them for mercy ~4am. Staff is present but did absolutely nothing to quiet them down. It was so bad that I ended up leaving a night early because I truly worried that i would be stuck with no sleep for 48 hours if I stayed in this hotel again. "Free breakfast" is just a coffee cart with Dunkin Donuts coffee and grocery store pastries placed outside. This hotel has an target audience, if you are wanting to party all night and then have a close by place to crash before waking up and day drinking by the pool, then this is the perfect spot for you, but it is not at all what I was wanting or expecting for a hotel that cost me over $1,000 a night. I just want people to be warned about the experience they will be getting at this hotel.

We very much enjoyed our 6 night stay at the Capri Hotel. The staff was fantastic and the restaurant, Maison Clos was outstanding. We had read about the noise level but didn't notice it in our room. The restaurant is quite a party and very good food.

I visit Maison Close in Soho several times a year, and the experience is always top-notch. From the exceptional service to the attention to detail in every dish, everything is consistently done at a high level. What really stands out is how management takes the time to connect with guests, making each visit feel personal and memorable. Looking forward to coming back again this summer.

I was here specifically for a party weekend. I enjoyed the pool & ketchu shebby be right outside my door. The service people were quick to bring stuff such as a steamer. I had a great time!

I would not recommend staying here at all- unless all other options are sold out. The service is non existent.The people sitting at the front desk sigh and complain anything when asked to do perform their responsibilities, like putting out the breakfast that is promised at 8, or bringing out pool towels when there are none set anywhere else so guests can just grab them. The two vending machines that are in the hallways are broken. The pool looks okay - but apparently doesn’t belong to the hotel - the restaurant comes and kicks you out midday - yes, you aren’t allowed to use the beds in the pool of the hotel you are staying after paying over 1000 a night - a caveat that clearly is not disclosed at booking or check-in. The rooms are beyond basic- only pleasant people were housekeeping staff. Being a hotel guest doesn’t allow you entry to the restaurant or night club without a reservation Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible place for families. We had to listen to drunk guests shouting in the hallways until morning, and the noise made it impossible to rest. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and very unprofessional. Definitely not a safe or family?friendly hotel — I strongly recommend avoiding this place.
