2 months agoWe recently spent three nights at the Cliffside Resort in one of the Water’s Edge buildings (C), and it’s now our favorite place to stay on the North Fork. The location is fantastic, and the view from our unit was absolutely breathtaking. The condo itself was beautiful, immaculate, and incredibly well-equipped—everything from utensils, plates, and glasses to openers was provided. Even though it was a bit too chilly for us to enjoy the deck and outdoor dining areas, we loved relaxing in the master bedroom and living room, and really appreciated having a full kitchen with a full-size refrigerator (which we happily used just to keep our drinks cold). Because we wanted to be right on the water, we booked a two-bedroom unit; we never even used the second bedroom with the twin beds, but having a second bathroom was a real bonus. The back stairway leads you just a few steps to the beach, where there were plenty of chairs and a peaceful spot to sit by the shore. Everyone we encountered around the property was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. We honestly can’t think of anything that could have been better and are already hoping to return—next time with our kids. We highly recommend the Cliffside Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic getaway.

12 months agoExtremely overpriced and very poor service! for over $700 a night the rooms should be serviced to include making beds and general cleaning

12 months agoWe used Cliffside for our wedding room block, and they were great to work with—super helpful and even assisted with distributing our welcome bags. It’s an affordable but high-quality option for out-of-town guests, right on the water with beautiful views and a pool. All of our guests had a great stay!

about 1 year agoLocation is wonderful. Their beach is pretty big. Found some beach glass as well as shells. We were only 5 minutes to Greenport. There were about 28 of us staying here for a destination wedding. 8 condos were rented. Now for Our 2 bedroom Condo: Needs some serious attention!!! Broken outlet covers. Luke warm water in ensuite bath, old shower heads ( no hand helds) outside furniture missing a cushion and the bed was AWFUL. You get in and bottom out!! Sit on side and lay back and you sink Way down into mattress. Missing slat on front bedroom windows which had vertical blinds. 5 inch gap facing front parking lot. Pool was closed. We stayed there June 6 - 8th 2025. Not worth the money we spent!!!

about 2 years agoThese condos are in the most perfect spot to spend a few days touring local wineries. Very clean, all amenities provided (extra bath towels, bed linens, plenty of kitchen necessities). The grounds are beautiful and access to the private beach with chairs was a huge plus. We did have some issues with check-in: 5pm guarantee check-in is a little late. We asked several times to have early access but never heard from management. Then we were never sent code for check-in until we called at 5:05 pm. A bit of a frustrating process. Overall, would stay again.
