My fiancée and I stayed at the Coffey House and we had an absolutely extraordinary stay. The rooms and accomodations were lovely. (Especially the room with a fireplace.) The breakfast was also top-notch, better than anything you'll get at 99% of of bed & breakfasts. The gaming room downstairs was also so much fun. We played some pool, then relaxed and watched a movie from the wide collection. But above all, the hosts were just so friendly and welcoming. I really can't recommend the Coffey House enough, and we had such a fun time exploring the area.

My wife and I stayed here recently and would 100% go again. The owner Rick and his staff were amazing, and the location is very close to Greenport, wineries and the beach.

We LOVE The Coffey House! My husband and I have been here twice (so far) and have nothing but good things to say about out experiences here. The place is very clean, something so important to me, and the rooms are quite spacious and well kept. The owners, Ellie and Rick, are so kind and gracious... they beyond outdo themselves with their breakfasts! We will be returning-- this is now our place whenever we travel to eastern LI!

This bed and breakfast was so delightful. My wife and I rented room #2 while our close friends rented room #4…. First you arrive and you’re warmly welcomed by Ellie and she will show you around their beautiful home. Ellie takes into consideration everyone’s food preference/allergies. We found out later her husband Richard studied at a culinary institute and she too studied how to bake. You will soon see how AMAZING their personalized (coursed) breakfast will be. Everything was super comfortable and clean. There was fresh towels and toiletries in the room along with bottle water on ice. Bathrooms were very nice and updated along with the bedding. The back yard is 2 acres of beautiful land with a few seating areas underneath gazebos with fire pits. We weren’t planning on coming back to the area because we were at my buddies wedding but that place was so nice that we might make another trip sometime soon.

We stayed at the Coffey House for a wedding in the area and everything was perfect. We were able to check in earlier than the listed time which allowed us to enjoy a day in Greenport before the event. Ellie was more than welcoming and available for whatever we needed. Breakfast was amazing! Homemade, not rushed, plenty of food. Home was warm, clean and maintained the feel for the period it was built but with modern upgrades to the important things like the bathroom! No two-night minimum which is an annoying feature of most locations in the area. Will definitely recommend to others.

We stayed the weekend in this beautiful clean cozy house. The room was a great size and the bed was very comfortable. A quiet place to stay right in the middle of the North Fork perfect distance from the beaches and town of Greenport. Ellie and Rick have amazing attention to detail and it shows because we were so comfortable it felt like home. Starting each day waking up to fresh coffee, Ellies amazing baked good and Ricks main course made with local produce really caps it off..... fair warning you will never leave hungry they have you covered. Ellie even supplied us with a beach pass for the day to get into some of the locals spots. We will visit again and cant be happy enough for what I think is likely the best value in the area.
