Great place to grab some great food . Quick service, great staff . I believe our sever person was Emily, she did a great job. Was our first time there and she was a great helper.

Ice cream was good and mini golf looked fun

Just stopped off for some mini golf and dinner. They haven't had fried chicken for 3 weeks. The chicken sandwich and burger were good as were the tots and fries. Mini golf needs a bit of paint and grooming but was fun. All staff were very friendly.

Mini golf is super nostalgic, I don't think it's been updated since I was a kid in the 80's going there. The ice cream is very good. I've never stayed in the motel, but I've heard it's very cute.

Great little spot. Newly renovated room. Cable TV. Mrs. Drossos treats you like she's your grandmother. A short 1.5 mile walk/jog/bike/drive from town. My new favorite motel in Greenport. The onsite mini golf and snack bar with food and ice cream are an added bonus.

Likes: Retro, throwback style (old, but clean and well preserved--quaint). Rosebushes outside and a small stoop for each room made them feel like summer bungalows. Refrigerator. Dislikes: Thin paper bath mat, no shampoo. At most, 4 rooms were rented, yet we were still next to neighbors that we could hear through the walls. Mini golf isn't open in the off season. No coffee.
