The rooms were beautiful and very clean. Breakfast was amazing! The night prior I hung out with the amazing bartenders Nina, Miguel and Joe. They make great old fashions. Eric the chef, was kind enough to let me taste test a couple of things off the menu. I will be returning again just because of the bar staff and their inviting energy even if I do not have a reservation. See you next Thursday!

Shocked. So glad I ended up here rather than anywhere else in the area. Hospitality? Great! Food? You got to be kidding me - Hotel food this tasty and classy? Chef Eric really showing out. And of course, the Bar? Amazing. Joe, Miguel and Nina are absolute class. Recommended drink: Empress (I personally prefer Roku) + St Germain + Soda Water + citrus (lime/lemon)

I recently stayed at the Residence Inn Melville and had a phenomenal experience. The rooms are incredibly spacious, very clean, and well-maintained, providing a perfect home-away-from-home feel. The free breakfast was a great start to every morning, offering a fresh and varied selection that really stands out. A massive shout-out to the bar team—Nina, Miguel, and Joe are absolute rockstars! They are so polite and welcoming, crafting amazing drinks and creating a fun, lively atmosphere at the bar. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel like family. I also have to give a huge kudos to Eric, the head chef. Everything we tried on the menu was stellar—the food is simply top-notch and expertly prepared. It is rare to find hotel dining where every single dish is a hit. Overall, the entire staff is incredibly nice and professional. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable stay with exceptional service and food, I highly recommend this hotel!

We had a great stay at the new Residence Inn in Melville. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and very well designed — the lounge area with the fireplace is especially cozy and inviting. The staff was friendly and accommodating the entire time. David, the General Manager, personally made sure we were taken care of, which really meant a lot. The bar and restaurant were a huge plus — delicious food, great specialty drinks, and Joe, Nina, and Miguel behind the bar were fantastic. They truly made us feel welcome. Our suite was spacious and laid out perfectly with a full kitchen, dining area, couch, desk, two bedrooms, and two large bathrooms — it honestly felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. The gym, pool, free hot breakfast (with a big selection), and 24/7 coffee were all great extras. Jennifer runs the breakfast area and does a wonderful job — everything was fresh and well organized. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

My husband and I stayed at this property on and off for 2 months we were in between a place to live. If I could give more than five stars, I would, I love this hotel. Everything is new. The staff is excellent. They have a really good gym with peloton’s, they have a really nice heated pool. You can do your laundry every morning there is free breakfast. There’s plenty of parking and if you have a Tesla, they have Tesla chargers if you’re a guest of the hotel. I always felt safe here especially leaving early and coming home late from work. And the rooms are really nice. It has a really nice kitchen You get a stove, a microwave an oven and dishwasher. Everything is new and updated. I would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting the area. It’s close to a lot of things. I’ll be staying here one more time soon and I’m pretty excited about it. :-)

One of the nicest Marriott properties I’ve been to in years. Great rooms, great breakfast to include a few gluten free options. This place will be our new go-to when staying near Republic airport!

This property has potential to be really great. Its in a great location, has great decor and the rooms are nice. Downsides are the breakfast service and food replenishment is subpar, it needs to come up to a higher standard. During my last stay, Many guests stood around waiting for more food and whoever worked that day was letting food run out. The beds are a bit firm, so if you like a super firm bed this is the place for you. Lastly, the check in experience was very lackluster. I have 190 nights this year as a Bonvoy Ambassador and was not recognized on check in as such. A little disappointing to say the least. The CSR did not offer water or any other amenities. They need to step their game up seriously because they are falling way short in my opinion. My name is Steven, last initial K.

Nice new hotel and clean but the beds + pillows are the worst we've ever had. Sleeping in hotels is never fun but this isnt that. Its genuinely painful. 4 nights stayed and dreaded going to sleep. By the end of the stay we were fighting about who got to sleep on the couch. Also no fans. So if u need air moment while sleeping bring your own. These rooms are stagnant

Incredible hotel & staff. They heated gluten-free muffin for my daughter (who has celiac disease) and gave her another for the road. The bar staff were a ton of fun and Joe makes phenomenal drinks. Our room was spacious and comfy and perfect. Will stay here any time we have to come to Long Island.

Very pleased finding this new Residence Inn for our long term stay on Long Island. Beautiful suite with kitchen, amenities that suit our needs and friendly, accommodating staff. Everyone we encounter goes beyond service expectations. Bianca who works in the restaurant/bar area has been especially helpful and service oriented. Always a smile and acknowledges us everytime we see her. She made us feel very welcomed and comfortable from our first meeting. Also want to acknowledge Jenn who works the daily breakfast service. She appears to single handedly keep the tables and breakfast area clean, filled with food and coffee, with ease and a kind response. Not an easy feat, especially on very busy weekend mornings.
