Where to start,I paid for a room with king bed non smoking for 3 nights which i received, but the day I arrived at the front desk a guy was pleasant but when I got inside the room omg it was like shoe box small room with a king bed it was comfortable the pillows where horrible, the beds werent made up very well like the sheets didnt fit..horrible smell like very old n the smell of cigarettes, I had to spray lysol i had..the worse was the carpet very very dirty n old the whole room decor outdated old furniture small microwave, small refrigerator which was good for just us 2 . We were afraid to take off our sneakers to walk on carpet, had my own slippers. The bathroom was retectular shape barely fit and we slim couple, shower was small. No coffee machine, the phone did not work at all. TV was small. Outside was always smelling like miarguana. At night we had to put the iron board under the door handle to be safe the location was good from airport and for the location we needed. Nothing close by accept Moe's. The web site says coffee at front desk..lies the machines were not working at all for 3 nights nothing for breakfast. Like they say we get what we pay for. We booked this hotel because of family celebration 15 mins away. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone or any family members. I will not book this hotel again. Not a happy customer. I expected much better the photos on the web site are very deceiving.

Looks like a place you will get stabbed, but in fact I'd very nice. Staff aka front desk clerk was very kind and helpful. The room is small but suited our needs ?. Room was clean.l and cozy. No smart TV but secure is wifi.. wifi is password protected. All rooms lead outside so hallways etc. still here but overall a great experience for the lowest price on the area.

Location and the price were good. The front desk service was excellent. The room I had this time was on the second floor. Some of the wall outlets did not work, the hairdryer in the bathroom and the outlet in the bathroom did not work. The shower did not get hot the first night I was there, but it got hot in the morning. I’m thinking that maybe too many people in the building took showers. OK for one or two nights, but I wouldn’t plan an extended stay.

stayed on September 27 and 28. At check-in, the front desk told me the discounted rate would be $400 total. However, the paper I signed showed $175 per night, but I was still charged $400. When I asked for a supervisor, none was available. This left me very disappointed with the service and billing transparency.

The room was clean, the front desk was efficient and I felt totally comfortable staying here. Also a gas station across the street and within walking distance from a Moe's which is a great lunch/dinner.

Not the best quality of a hotel room. It works for an overnight stay or a short visit. Bathroom was still dirty. Beds were two different heights. Broken floor going from room to bathroom (tile to carpet was not sealed). Guide on the TV was non-existent - you don't know what you are watching as it is set on display mode. We had 2 of the same picture framed in our room, both frames were warped on the top.

Room smells like urine. TV won't work. Unable to communicate with housekeeping staff as I don't speak their language. I speak English and they don't understand anything I say. A lady I met there was renting for a week, very quiet, no problems, manager would not honor the second week reservation- clerk said didnt know why, called Choice hotels about it, she was told manager "blacklisted" her but gave no reason. Next day asked again was told she spent too much time outside. There were people outside alot more than her and why can't a person be outside? She doesn't smoke, drink, isn't loud. Man sitting in car all day emerged drunk and bothered us. I can only think discrimination and report to Suffolk County Division of Human Rights. Read reviews saw this happened to two other people. Manager doesn't know or care he can't discriminate. Place should be run by real business person. I encourage boycotting this behavior.

I stay here all the time. Now there might be a little sketchy activities going on later at night night but for the nost part its very safe, there is stores all up vets memorial, speedway across the street. The rooms are clean , the staff is nice and if you book with prices on outside apps you can get pretty good deals. If I were you go for the 2 bed rooms , there bigger , nicer and feels like a HOTEL more than a motel. The single non smoking rooms are okay with the king size beds but there small the rooms. The bathroom always smells like weed and the bathrooms are small. Over all for the price its absolutely worth it. No morning breakfast , no pool , no room service , cant order food. It does ha e good wifi good TVs etc. Its a MOTEL . If you want to pay 300 down the block for a pool , breakfast , room service so be it lol. Now I wouldnt bring your family here unless you had to .
