I've stayed in a fair number of shall we say "unpretentious" hotels and motels (meaning "cheap as hell") and compared to those others, this one is slightly above average. Front desk was nice. Not much in the way of amenities there, though. The location is a bit further out from any convenience store or grocery store, so bring your food and drink with you if you're not planning on eating out somewhere. In terms of the "sketchiness" of the neighborhood, the area was kind of impoverished and depressing looking, but the parking lot is big and illuminated fairly well. I accidentally booked a smoking room online. The front desk double checked with me if that was okay, and I figured why not since it was my mistake anyway. Whoa man, that room STUNK to high heaven. Lotta little burns on some of the furniture and bed spread. I don't think I've ever stayed in a smoking-allowed room before, but I can't imagine another room smelling more like cigarette smoke than this one. Again, I was the one who booked it and accepted it, so I'm not upset about it or anything. Wifi worked well enough. Bed was comfy enough. Bathroom was a bit narrow, but pretty clean. Didn't try the TV, but it seemed like it was just someone's personal TV with various apps and whatnot already logged in, though I might be wrong about that. The biggest negative of my stay: I heard a loud noise while I was in the bathroom. I opened the door and saw that the framed painting above the bed had fallen off the wall and directly onto where I would've been sleeping. Definitely would've been unhappy if I had lost a tooth or an eye to that sucker, lol. Anyway, the place is what it is. And for the price I paid, it was Fine™

One word: cockroach. There was a roach in my room, so I called the front desk. They said since there were no rooms, they couldn't do anything for me. They did not offer a refund since it was 3am when I called (I got in late) and therefore I had "stayed the night." No one came up to even look at the room as far as I'm aware. The rooms are also tiny and the sheets are not that comfortable. The place looks like your grandma's house - everything is outdated by at least 20 years.

Very basic but you get what you pay for. It definitely is better than the reviews. I was worried based on the reviews staying for two nights being a solo female traveler but it wasn’t as bad as the reviews say. It’s definitely very basic and your typical drive up motel but it got the job done. I had a king, non-smoking room but still had a faint smell of smoke. The bed was decent and the pillows were extremely comfortable. Room was very small but fine as I was solo. Bathroom was barely elbow width apart but was clean. Honestly, can’t complain based on the price. Also, was very well lit outside. I was worried about it being too dark at night getting back late but was very well lit.

Where to start,I paid for a room with king bed non smoking for 3 nights which i received, but the day I arrived at the front desk a guy was pleasant but when I got inside the room omg it was like shoe box small room with a king bed it was comfortable the pillows where horrible, the beds werent made up very well like the sheets didnt fit..horrible smell like very old n the smell of cigarettes, I had to spray lysol i had..the worse was the carpet very very dirty n old the whole room decor outdated old furniture small microwave, small refrigerator which was good for just us 2 . We were afraid to take off our sneakers to walk on carpet, had my own slippers. The bathroom was retectular shape barely fit and we slim couple, shower was small. No coffee machine, the phone did not work at all. TV was small. Outside was always smelling like miarguana. At night we had to put the iron board under the door handle to be safe the location was good from airport and for the location we needed. Nothing close by accept Moe's. The web site says coffee at front desk..lies the machines were not working at all for 3 nights nothing for breakfast. Like they say we get what we pay for. We booked this hotel because of family celebration 15 mins away. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone or any family members. I will not book this hotel again. Not a happy customer. I expected much better the photos on the web site are very deceiving.

Looks like a place you will get stabbed, but in fact I'd very nice. Staff aka front desk clerk was very kind and helpful. The room is small but suited our needs ?. Room was clean.l and cozy. No smart TV but secure is wifi.. wifi is password protected. All rooms lead outside so hallways etc. still here but overall a great experience for the lowest price on the area.

Location and the price were good. The front desk service was excellent. The room I had this time was on the second floor. Some of the wall outlets did not work, the hairdryer in the bathroom and the outlet in the bathroom did not work. The shower did not get hot the first night I was there, but it got hot in the morning. I’m thinking that maybe too many people in the building took showers. OK for one or two nights, but I wouldn’t plan an extended stay.

stayed on September 27 and 28. At check-in, the front desk told me the discounted rate would be $400 total. However, the paper I signed showed $175 per night, but I was still charged $400. When I asked for a supervisor, none was available. This left me very disappointed with the service and billing transparency.

I booked for two new nights with the advertisement of free breakfast. When I was here and called the front office to get the hours of breakfast I was told free breakfast was suspended. Don’t trust them. Don’t stay here.

The room was clean, the front desk was efficient and I felt totally comfortable staying here. Also a gas station across the street and within walking distance from a Moe's which is a great lunch/dinner.

Not the best quality of a hotel room. It works for an overnight stay or a short visit. Bathroom was still dirty. Beds were two different heights. Broken floor going from room to bathroom (tile to carpet was not sealed). Guide on the TV was non-existent - you don't know what you are watching as it is set on display mode. We had 2 of the same picture framed in our room, both frames were warped on the top.
