We recently attended an event at East Wind, and I have to give a special shout-out to Jenny. I’ve spoken with her over the phone for the past two years regarding my daughter’s severe allergies, and she has been nothing short of amazing. Her attention to detail and genuine care gave our family such peace of mind. To top it off, the staff on the night of the event was incredible—attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. It’s rare to find this level of dedicated service!

It’s not easy to spend two years anticipating what you hope will be the greatest day of your life, only to have your expectations completely exceeded, but that’s exactly what happened. From start to finish, everything was absolutely amazing. Tony, our Maître D’, was fantastic, and honestly, we don’t even have the words for how incredible Mary Lou, our bridal attendant, was. She was beyond amazing. Neither of us wanted for a single thing the entire night. They were so on top of everything, attentive, organized, and truly made us feel completely taken care of. The entire staff was outstanding for that matter. The food was absolutely out of this world. We genuinely have not heard a single negative thing about anything from anyone. Guest after guest has been telling us it was one of the best weddings they’ve ever been to. Most importantly, we truly felt like a king and queen the entire night, and that’s something we’ll never forget. Thank you all so, so much for helping make our wedding more perfect than we could have imagined!

We got married at East Wind on April 24 and everything was SPECTACULAR. Jennifer helped us every step of the way and answered any questions we had. For our wedding, Scott was our maitre d and he walked us through the whole wedding day process and helped set up our decor and everything came out BEAUTIFUL. He truly went above and beyond, we were so worried we would be stressed on the wedding day with everything and running around but truly Scott had it go absolutely perfectly and it was exactly what we had envisoned for our wedding day, and we didn’t even help set up lol! He made sure everything was on track and even when we were being bombarded by guests talking to us, he saved us (lol) so we can go eat. For our rehearsal, Reed was absolutely amazing and such a big help walking us through our rehearsal for the ceremony the day before, as we were all nervous about what to do, but we felt so much better after going through the steps with him and he was great! Alexa was the bridal attendant, and she was SO sweet and was a great “hype man” lol and went above and beyond with making sure my husband and I were fed, had enough drinks, and she even helped hold my wedding dress and fluffed it out so it looked good for photos and helped fix my necklace and hair for photos too. We even had our food and desserts wrapped up at the end of the night to bring home and they were still fresh tasting and delicious! She even made sure they took the top of of the wedding cake so we can freeze it and eat it on our one year anniversary, something we wanted to do but we were so busy that day that we forgot to mention it… i’m so glad she did that for us! Everyone was raving about the food (and amount of food too!) and the overall atmosphere, if we could tell anyone getting married to use East Wind as their venue, we would. the entire process was so easy and smooth and we are so thankful for everyone who helped us along the way. it was truly a dream day.?

I know this review is very late.... I hosted my mom's 70th surprise birthday here last September (2025) and it was an amazing experience. Jennifer was our events director and was so helpful throughout the entire planning process. She made everything easy from menu planning to the room layout, and having the idea to surprise mom in the main foyer with everyone upstairs looking down from the balcony. The new Veranda room was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the servers and bar tender were all great. Would host here again!

We went to an event at eastward which was very well organized. The transition from cocktail hour to dinner was smooth, the bar stayed open during dinner. The music was on and not obtrusive. The front lobby of the place was very pretty with a large staircase and high ceilings with crystal chandeliers. Even though it was winter the grounds were well kept and there were some Adirondack chairs for people who wanted to sit outside for a bit.

My husband and I just got married 2/15/26 in the Veranda Room. From the very beginning, East Wind made us feel like family. The genuine happiness and shared excitement we felt from the entire team carried us through every step of the planning process. I’m truly so sad it’s over! Food 10/10 Overall service 10/10 Organization 10/10 Attention to detail 10/10 Jennifer M. was absolutely phenomenal — warm, kind, communicative, and incredibly accommodating from start to finish. She answered every question so quickly and made everything feel seamless and stress-free. Lauren (hotel)- our stay was wonderful ! Any needs or questions were met and answered. Beds were comfortable! Rob from Desmond’s Restaurant & Pub — words cannot express my gratitude for the care and effort he put into making the days before and after our wedding just as meaningful as the wedding day itself. Especially during such a busy time like Valentine’s Day, he went above and beyond in every way. Tony, Lex, and Joey — I truly felt like I had known them my whole life. The attention to detail, genuine care, and dedication as our Maître D’, bridal attendant, and director were unmatched. From everything I’ve heard about others’ experiences, your level of service is truly exceptional. Lex went above and beyond. Love her!!!!!! We are beyond grateful for the entire East Wind team. You made our wedding unforgettable.

East Wind was the perfect place for our wedding. The venue is beautiful and everything was so well organized from start to finish. The staff was amazing—super helpful, attentive, and made the whole day feel easy and stress-free. Tony & Lex were such a great team to help us. The food was incredible and our guests are still talking about how great everything was. The night flowed perfectly and we were able to just enjoy ourselves without worrying about a thing. We’re so happy we chose East Wind and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great wedding venue.

We can't say enough. Vinas and santos were amazing. We had our family reception for my father in laws passing. The food, drinks service, and staff were amazing . I highly recommend this place for after a burial. We have also don't other events here and loved it!!!!

Everything about working with East Wind was seamless. Our sales manager Jennifer was phenomenal and we couldn’t have had a better Maitre’d, Tony. Our attendants were also fantastic for early arrival and through the night. We got married at the Estate and everything was amazing. Our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to and the East Wind team definitely helped to make that happen. We are so grateful to everyone who helped to make our day special and stress free. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere beautiful to tie the knot - you absolutely will not be disappointed. The food, the service, and gorgeous room, it doesn’t get any better!!!

My husband and I just got married at the Veranda yesterday and everything was perfect. Our Maitre D' Tony was wonderful and very helpful throughout the entire event along with my Bridal Assistant Lex. Lex went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for events and brought things back to the suites for us when they weren't needed. She was amazing and very quick with getting things done and efficient. Highly recommend here for wedding!!
