My stay here has been wonderful, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize the people who make this hotel such a welcoming place. First, I would like to thank Derrick, the hotel manager, for running such a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained property. It's clear that he takes pride in creating a positive environment for both guests and staff, and it shows in every aspect of the hotel. A special thank you to Maria in housekeeping, whose hard work keeps the rooms spotless and inviting. Her attention to detail and dedication do not go unnoticed. Having a clean, comfortable room every day has made my stay much more enjoyable. I would also like to recognize Brianna at the front desk. She is warm, personable, and genuinely cares about the guests. She consistently greets everyone with a smile and goes above and beyond to help. When my boyfriend accidentally drained his vehicle's battery, Brianna didn't hesitate to help jump-start it. That level of kindness and customer service is something you don't see every day. I would also like to thank the maintenance gentleman on site. I don't know his name, but I never seem to see him resting. He is always working, always fixing something, and always helping to keep the property looking its best. His hard work is a big reason this hotel runs so smoothly, and I hope he knows his efforts are noticed and appreciated. Another thing that has made this stay special is the community here. Several of the long-term residents have been incredibly friendly and helpful, whether it was lending an extra dish when I needed one or helping me out when I unexpectedly ran out of Tylenol. Those small acts of kindness made a lasting impression. As a dog owner, I especially appreciate how welcoming this property has been for our dogs. The dog park is always clean and well maintained, giving them a safe and enjoyable place to play and exercise. It is clear that the hotel values guests traveling with pets and understands that they are family too. The breakfast bar is consistently stocked and never feels crowded, making mornings easy and enjoyable. Overall, this hotel offers much more than just a place to stay. It provides a welcoming atmosphere, caring staff, hardworking employees, and a genuine sense of community that is hard to find. Thank you, Derrick, Maria, Brianna, the maintenance staff, and everyone else who works so hard to make guests feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

It is truly disgusting. The bathrooms have stains, the bar soap has been used and not replaced, the bathtub is not clean nor the toilet in the slightest. The kitchen is disgusting and I had to get another room because my original room smelled disgusting. It smelled like it was rotting. This hotel is horrible I would NEVER recommend it. They don’t clean nor replace anything. Do NOT stay here.

Stayed 3 nights and each night was worse than the last. The floor in the room was filthy. They have taken $300 in holds and are unable to extend my reservation booked directly through ESA because they said my room is unavailable and that every room in the hotel is booked but that’s a lie because they said they can book me again but it would be another new reservation and another $100 hold when I haven’t gotten my $300 holds back yet. It’s a money grab and not worth it. Find another room.

ok the room was ok, the floor needed a mop, it was laminate wood very dusty, the beds were too soft, had a kitchenette,but no garbage can in entire room, not even the bathroom or under the desk or sink, other than that, ac heat worked, pet friendly, we brought our dog, 2 queen size beds fit me and my 3boys just fine. The "continental" breakfast was either coffee or tea and a otis myer muffin or nutrigrain bar , that was it. kinda disappointed. However they had vending machines, and a laundry room. Location was great near gas and food.

I booked this room this past weekend and boy what I thought would been nice for a mommy daughter girls night it was not. We settled in a room and then I went to use the bathroom and all sudden I saw all these bugs in the bathroom. I started to look at the floor on saw more . It was disgusting. While the receptionist was able to change my room and still feel uneasy and I will not be returning back to this hotel .

I'm in the area due to contract work and always looking for the best bang for my buck and Extended Stay Melville scores every time. Friendly staff, fast check in and check outs and the rooms are always spotless.

Needed a hotel late night from a long road trip. They had accommodations and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay again easy check in.

Everyone here is super friendly...the rooms are newly renovated and clean...I would recommend staying here, its clean and very quiet. Derrick the GM and Hernika go above and beyond. thank you to the entire staff for making our stay so warm and friendly

stayed there and left after 30 mins room had a poop stain on it outside of hotel on ground by lobby there was human waste on ground. Staff at hotel couldn't even get the person at desk. Was standing there for almost 20 waiting and after a while went back to my room. Just a horrible hotel. Stayed in this hotel years ago with my dad and dog was soo much better. Beware of this Extended Stay Suites, Melville, NY. Don’t give reviews often on Google, but this place royally sucked, checked out a day early. Absolute garbage. 1. Floors were sticky, previous spills and not cleaned? Who knows? 2. Ventilation fan in bathroom was very loud and rattling 3. Staff did not clean rooms 4. Staff did not give new sheets, or make beds 5. Staff did not give new bathing towels - you must request towels and swap yours out 6. The shower/tub backed up several times No positives. And to charge $1k or more because of the Ryder Cup, is a crime, let alone $100-$200 per your normal rate. This is a $50/night dive at best, if your car broke down outside the hotel - MAYBE. Please - avoid!! This place is a dumpster fire. **To the establishment, please, don’t post a bullshit generic response about contacting me or apologizing. Anyone would be better off staying in a tent outside than staying at this place. Checked out a day early. Do better or shut down. I’d give you guys 0 stars or negative stars if it were possible**
