Had a great time at Seashore Condo Hotel this week. This place is fantastic. Clean, and welcoming. The new caretaker, Lorraine, treated us like family. So loving and friendly. Made sure we had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing stay. We will definitely be returning! Thank you, Lorraine. ??

My partner and I had such a wonderful stay at Seashore! The location is amazing - just a few minute walk to the beach or ferry. We were also easily able to hop over to the other parts of the island via the water taxi. However, the highlight of the hotel is the manager/owner Lorraine. She made us feel so welcome and comfortable and even offered us a complimentary bottle of wine for our anniversary! The room was clean and anything not provided in the room was available at the hotel. The complimentary drinks/beach chairs/beach towels made our stay that much easier. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Spent 3 days here this past week. Lorraine the property manager was amazing. Always there for anything you needed and super friendly and sweet. Rooms are small but only used them for sleeping. The common were perfect to relax, eat and wait out a little rain. The price included beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. I will definitely come back.

One of the BEST places to stay while in Ocean Bay Park! It is comfortable and quiet (perfect for sleeping) and the condo hotel has plenty of amenities. The location is perfect (just a short walk to the beach and country store). There are bike rentals, complimentary beach chairs and so much more. Our Hosts were incredible, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We will be staying here again and again.

We had absolutely the best time at this wonderful mini-hotel! The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, everything was fantastic, and our host was just delightful. They really thought of everything-there were plenty of amenities like beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, tea, coffee, and even a barbecue setup. Plus, being able to rent bikes right there at a super reasonable price was a huge bonus! We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday, and the hotel completely blew us away by giving us a complimentary gift-such a thoughtful touch! After a busy day out, the lounge area was the perfect cozy spot to sit back, unwind, and enjoy the evening. While the rooms weren't huge, they were incredibly cozy and comfortable. I am so glad I chose this place and will definitely be recommending it to all of our friends!

we had a really good experience at this place. it was close to Flynn’s , walkable to beach , and the rooms were very clean with bikes provided! Manager and partner were super friendly and accommodating.

We stayed at the Seashore Condo Hotel for my son's wedding. The wedding party and some guests booked one-two nights as needed. The wedding was off season, in the beginning of October, but the owners made accommodations for us. We were all very pleased with the experience. The rooms were clean and ready for us when we arrived. The staff was available, friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for the venue and some guests opted for an extra night after the wedding to enjoy the hotel and the Fire Island experience. I would definitely recommend the hotel for events or just a regular stay.

A Perfect Reset by the Sea This was my second stay at The Seashore Condo Hotel, and once again, it was exactly what I needed—a few days of salt, sun, and serenity to detox from “life.” My first visit was with my husband, but this time I brought a dear friend, and we both left feeling thoroughly rejuvenated. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the guest room, shower, and community areas were spotless and thoughtfully appointed. We especially appreciated the complimentary morning offerings—hot cocoa, coffee, and tea—as well as the beach towels and chairs that made our seaside mornings effortless. The community sitting area is both beautiful and inviting, perfect for quiet reflection or friendly conversation. Every detail felt intentional and welcoming. I can’t wait to return next season!

Great place to stay! They offer bike rentals, beach chairs and umbrellas. The staff were kind and helpful. The beach is literally down the street from this place, which was very convenient for me and my boyfriend. We even biked over to Ocean Beach (it was just a 6 minute bike ride) which was so much fun! I will definitely be coming back here in the future!

We have been coming to the Seashore Condos for decades. It is such an amazing place. Comfy beds, great staff, very responsive, amazing deck space and amenities. It is a little slice of heaven.
