we had a really good experience at this place. it was close to Flynn’s , walkable to beach , and the rooms were very clean with bikes provided! Manager and partner were super friendly and accommodating.

We stayed at the Seashore Condo Hotel for my son's wedding. The wedding party and some guests booked one-two nights as needed. The wedding was off season, in the beginning of October, but the owners made accommodations for us. We were all very pleased with the experience. The rooms were clean and ready for us when we arrived. The staff was available, friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for the venue and some guests opted for an extra night after the wedding to enjoy the hotel and the Fire Island experience. I would definitely recommend the hotel for events or just a regular stay.

A Perfect Reset by the Sea This was my second stay at The Seashore Condo Hotel, and once again, it was exactly what I needed—a few days of salt, sun, and serenity to detox from “life.” My first visit was with my husband, but this time I brought a dear friend, and we both left feeling thoroughly rejuvenated. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the guest room, shower, and community areas were spotless and thoughtfully appointed. We especially appreciated the complimentary morning offerings—hot cocoa, coffee, and tea—as well as the beach towels and chairs that made our seaside mornings effortless. The community sitting area is both beautiful and inviting, perfect for quiet reflection or friendly conversation. Every detail felt intentional and welcoming. I can’t wait to return next season!

Great place to stay! They offer bike rentals, beach chairs and umbrellas. The staff were kind and helpful. The beach is literally down the street from this place, which was very convenient for me and my boyfriend. We even biked over to Ocean Beach (it was just a 6 minute bike ride) which was so much fun! I will definitely be coming back here in the future!

We have been coming to the Seashore Condos for decades. It is such an amazing place. Comfy beds, great staff, very responsive, amazing deck space and amenities. It is a little slice of heaven.

Dirty, cramped and unspeakably overpriced. Brett & Jeff went OUT OF THEIR WAY to make my friends and I uncomfortable when we stayed with them Labor Day Weekend of 2021. We were a group of 4 women staying for a few days at the beach, excited to spend the weekend on FI together for the first time. We were quiet, respectful and kind. We endured dirty looks and rude comments from the hosts from the time we checked in to the time we checked out, particularly when we went to use outdoor shower and relax on the deck together. It completely ruined our stay. We also found bugs all over the room, including in the "clean sheets". To this day, 4 years later, we tell people about how unhospitable these hosts were. Just about the ONLY redeemable thing about this makeshift "hotel" is the location. Don't waste your money, stay somewhere else.

Stayed at Seashore Condo Hotel room 12B for the weekend with my boyfriend and we had the best time. The balcony space with room 12B is perfect. We spent each morning relaxing out there. The room was perfect size with great AC! We had a great trip!

This is the second year that we stayed at the Seashore Hotel, and the experience was even better than last year. Some money was spent on the property, with a new fence and lots of planters with colorful flowers on the deck. The managers were as lovely and hospitable as ever, and very accommodating. They allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel after we checked out to enjoy the beach on our last day, and also said it was fine to use the outdoor shower to get cleaned up before we got back on the ferry. These folks are awesome, and we will be recommending this hotel to as many people as possible. It's a great place with great value. Well done, Brett and Jeff!
