To be honest I was going to move into another complex until I met Vanessa!! She is incredible and so kind it made me totally change my mind on the other spot. Vanessa made the whole process easy from showing me floor plans to touring the whole place and really taking the time to show me all the cool stuff in the building. Vanessa helped me get into the best apartment and even gave a leash to my puppy and was so sweet to him when we moved in !! Vanessa makes the place feel like home she’s the best and that’s why I chose shoregate!! And Kevin in the leasing office is awesome and helped me out a lot on move in day !! Shoregate is the greatest place to call home! I couldn’t be happier with my place, the staff and everything connected to this place. Our property manager, Patrick is always there to listen, chat and just lend a hand if needed…. And Vanessa in the office goes above and beyond! She always has a smile on her face and is so welcoming from the second you walk in the office, I love seeing her friendly face around the place !

The facility here at Shoregate is above our expectations, but what’s even more refreshing is the fact that the staff specifically Kevin and Vanessa are extremely kind helpful and actually passionate about what they do. You don’t get that anymore and it’s really a pleasure to see ever since I’ve moved here. I felt like they wanted me here And have done whatever they could to make us happy even if Shoregate wasn’t as beautiful, clean and nice as it is, I feel with Kevin and Vanessa’s Professionalism I would’ve rented here anyway that’s how good and caring they are.

Shoregate is the greatest place to live! ?Brand new, luxury living, close to everything you could possibly want or need! This place is like living at a resort! The amenities here….. outdoor and indoor, are awesome, including an amazing gym and outdoor pool! A few steps away to Main Street where you can find many cool restaurants and bars, and almost every fast food restaurant is nearby. They have the most amazing staff from the leasing office, maintenance guys, security and everyone else! I’m so glad I found my new happy place to call home!?

The entire staff here are incredibly professional and courteous, making every interaction a pleasant one. The leasing and management team, especially Patrick and Caitlin, are a pleasure to deal with. They are always friendly, approachable, and efficient in handling questions or concerns. I also appreciate the creative efforts they put into organizing events throughout the month, which fosters a real sense of community. Additionally, the security here is top-notch, with regular patrols that ensure a safe and secure environment for all residents. Overall, Shoregate provides a comfortable and welcoming environment, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Shoregate is a beautiful & save place to live. The location is amazing and the people that live here are very friendly. You can’t ask for better amenities, gym, pool, game room, roof top patio and lounges to host friends. The staff is helpful and kind. Ask for Arlyne if interested in living here.
