My husband and I love this place! We just recently switched from a one bedroom studio apartment to a two bedroom two bathroom apartment. We have lived here at Shoregate now for 20 months and highly recommend living here. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and prompt to your needs. The amenities are excellent. The apartments are quiet and very nice. We had Brianna as our leasing coordinator as she was extremely helpful with our apartment switch. She made sure we had everything we needed, she showed us the apartments, ensured we knew all the steps to take to switch to our new apartment. She was very knowledgeable, kind, professional, and prompt with everything. This is an amazing place to live and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. Thanks so much Brianna for making our transition a very smooth one!

To be honest I was going to move into another complex until I met Vanessa!! She is incredible and so kind it made me totally change my mind on the other spot. Vanessa made the whole process easy from showing me floor plans to touring the whole place and really taking the time to show me all the cool stuff in the building. Vanessa helped me get into the best apartment and even gave a leash to my puppy and was so sweet to him when we moved in !! Vanessa makes the place feel like home she’s the best and that’s why I chose shoregate!! And Kevin in the leasing office is awesome and helped me out a lot on move in day !! The facility here at Shoregate is above our expectations, but what’s even more refreshing is the fact that the staff specifically Kevin and Vanessa are extremely kind helpful and actually passionate about what they do. You don’t get that anymore and it’s really a pleasure to see ever since I’ve moved here. I felt like they wanted me here And have done whatever they could to make us happy even if Shoregate wasn’t as beautiful, clean and nice as it is, I feel with Kevin and Vanessa’s Professionalism I would’ve rented here anyway that’s how good and caring they are.
