My fiance and I moved in this past winter and the apartment has exceeded all of our expectations. The pool and rooftop deck have made this summer one for the books and it doesn't hurt that we can walk to the Fire Island ferries. We've met a lot of nice neighbors in the building and everyone who works here has always been helpful and accommodating. Looking forward to more events that the building throws.

My experience with the application process was disappointing. I followed all the instructions, completed every required step online, and the system indicated that my application was complete. However, I repeatedly received messages saying I only had a few hours to submit additional documents or my application would be canceled. While I understand that deadlines are part of the process, the tone and frequency of these messages felt more intimidating than informative, and gave the impression of pressure rather than guidance. A clearer, more respectful, and more customer-friendly communication style would significantly improve the application experience for prospective residents. I am Simone Garcia ,.

Brianna the senior leasing professional was professional and friendly. The property is gorgeous and they have several resident events going on each month. The 24 hour gym really accommodates all residents schedules. Highly recommend shoregate living!!

My husband and I love this place! We just recently switched from a one bedroom studio apartment to a two bedroom two bathroom apartment. We have lived here at Shoregate now for 20 months and highly recommend living here. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and prompt to your needs. The amenities are excellent. The apartments are quiet and very nice. We had Brianna as our leasing coordinator as she was extremely helpful with our apartment switch. She made sure we had everything we needed, she showed us the apartments, ensured we knew all the steps to take to switch to our new apartment. She was very knowledgeable, kind, professional, and prompt with everything. This is an amazing place to live and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. To be honest I was going to move into another complex until I met Vanessa!! She is incredible and so kind it made me totally change my mind on the other spot. Vanessa made the whole process easy from showing me floor plans to touring the whole place and really taking the time to show me all the cool stuff in the building. Vanessa helped me get into the best apartment and even gave a leash to my puppy and was so sweet to him when we moved in !! Vanessa makes the place feel like home she’s the best and that’s why I chose shoregate!! And Kevin in the leasing office is awesome and helped me out a lot on move in day !! Shoregate is the greatest place to call home! I couldn’t be happier with my place, the staff and everything connected to this place. Our property manager, Patrick is always there to listen, chat and just lend a hand if needed…. And Vanessa in the office goes above and beyond!
