Stayed at the motel for one night. I arrived later in the night closer to 9 pm. When I asked if I could check out later than 11 am, I was told I had to pay 20 an hour. Mind you check in is 3.pm I checked in almost 9 pm the night before. The room was clean but a bit small. The bathroom was reasonable it was fully loaded with blow dryer and toiletries, shampoo conditioner etc. But the bed wasnt comfortable. The sheets wasn't soft and the pillows were hard. There was no coffee maker. However there was a mini refrigerator and microwave but no coffee cups. Also it would appear DSS has some clients staying here. I guess you Pay for what you get.

Weird stain on the sheets, hair that wasnt mine in the bathroom, no privacy; the blinds dont shut right and the heater blows them so the rooms can been seen into. The bathroom window doesnt lock and has no screen so anyone can climb in. The guests all look homeless/DSS placed, they're all very rude and loud. The workers stay behind protective glass (i understand why) Not a safe place at all to stay at. I had another week on my stay and couldn't do it. I made up an excuse and checked out. Best part was I was told non refundable so im out around $1000, I didn't even argue I just wanted to get out. DO NOT GO HERE. UNLESS YOU WANT TO RENT A ROOM AT A HOMELESS SHELTER BECAUSE THATS WHAT THIS WAS. I'll take this down if they refund me for the nights I'm not there.

Disgusting. There are roaches and other bugs flying around the room. There is pubic hair on supposedly clean towels. No TV remote and TV doesn’t work. The front desk couldn’t fix it. Room extremely filthy toothpaste on the counter tobacco and marijuana in the corner of the bed. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. I barely slept and fully clothed. I didn’t take a shower either. It’s disgusting don’t come here.

Needed a place to stay as the wedding room block was closed already. It is exactly as the pictures state. Check-in with Mit the owner’s nephew was effortless. They bought the motel and did a major reno last spring and have been open a few months. Room is thoughtfully done with handrails, great use of space, very comfortable and impeccably clean. I came back late and the office attendant kindly watched me walk to my room. Highly recommend if you need a comfortable and very reasonable stay on the East End.

I recently stayed at the Greenview Motel in Riverhead, and it was a great experience! The rooms were phenomenal clean, comfortable, and well kept. Check in was super fast, and the front desk guy, Mikey, was very professional and friendly. He even gave me some great tips on local restaurants in the area. Don’t let the old reviews dictate your booking,I read the more recent ones, and they were right. The stay did not disappoint. If you’re passing through Riverhead and need a nice place to stay and rest, I highly recommend the Greenview Hotel . You won’t be disappointed.

If you are looking for a clean, immaculately updated place to stay near the Hamptons without the pricey cost look no further. Very close to shops, eateries and access to the beaches. I was very delighted to see that housekeeping cleaned the rooms daily. You no longer receive that service in 4 and 5 star hotels. The lobby is very nicely updated as well with complimentary on the go breakfast. This place is a true gem and again for the cost can’t be beat.

We were pleasantly surprised by the newly renovated rooms—spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated with warm wood accents, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was sparkling, with both a bathtub and a separate shower. The room also included a mini fridge, microwave, large smart TV, AC, closet, a desk with chair, and convenient space for luggage. Ike was incredibly accommodating, kind, and professional, even taking the time to show us different room options so we could choose the one that suited us best. The Greenview Inn also offers renovated suites with fully equipped kitchens, perfect for longer stays. Don’t be discouraged by older negative reviews, this property is under new ownership, completely renovated, and nothing like what past reviews describe. A true hidden gem near the Hamptons.

Such a pleasant surprise. The rooms were much nicer than I expected— clean, comfortable, and updated with everything I needed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Easy check in, easy parking, quiet and convenient location. Excellent price. I will definitely stay here next time I’m on Long Island.

I almost skipped booking the Greenview Hotel because of the older reviews and rating, but I’m so glad I didn’t. The place is now completely updated and renovated. everything is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The older reviews are clearly from before the renovations and previous ownership/management and they don’t reflect the current experience at all. Mickey, the manager, was fantastic. Very friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful. He made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. This is definitely a hotel I’d recommend and would happily stay at again.
