My fav spot to stay in the Hamptons. I have stayed here several times and am about to book my 4th visit with my family (I'm from Canada). The owner is lovely and so sweet, she is fantastic to share details on the area and things to do, the rooms are clean and nicely styled and I love the sitting room in the main building, so pretty. Great location too, a short drive to spots like Coopers Beach, shops etc.

Great place to rest. I’m a truck driver I came from Charlotte NC it was extremely late when I arrived. They close the office at 9pm but they made sure I had access to my room. The bed was so comfortable and smelled of bleach letting me know it was very clean.The room was also very clean the shower was amazingly hot. If I ever come back this way I will definitely rest here. So, this is a very local hotel with tons of charm so don’t expect chain hotel service or amenities. It’s a great little hideaway and I would gladly return and stay again. Room was small but very comfy and cozy.

Great location and staff but rooms were lackluster And not clean it was very hard to get comfortable as bugs and flys were all over the room, the bed sheet had stains on it but they changed it out for fresh ones but left me feeling uneasy. The mattress itself was worn out and uncomfortable and bathroom was full of unpleasant smells unfortunately this was not a pleasant experience and will not recommend this location

This is a nice hidden gem if you’re looking for a more simple and quiet stay. It’s nice and quiet and doesn't feel like you’re typical hilton. The staff is friendly and Denise and Morgan are great people. I highly recommend this place if you want to just get away from the typical hustle and bustle of a standard hotel.

I really recommend this hotel. The location is perfect, the room was perfectly clean and the garden well maintained. All the staff was very friendly with us and Denise, the receptionist, was the best… like an angel for us. She was kind and also predisposed to help us with all the stuff that we need.

Great, relaxing, comforting and terrific motel. Denise went above and beyond to make us comfortable during our stay and gave us endless recommendations to enjoy the surrounding neighborhoods. I can not recommend enough and I can not wait to go back.
