This hotel was designed with every detail thought out, down to the night light in the bathroom and the shades on the windows. The very best shower of any hotel I've ever stayed at. Breakfast buffet was large with many choices.

New hotel, modern and very clean. Spacious and comfortable room. Excellent, friendly customer service from the Front Desk, with a shout out to Gem for her assistance in extending our checkout time. Overall, a great experience and will return.

From the moment I walked through the doors, I could tell this hotel takes tremendous pride in the guest experience. Everything is exceptionally clean, modern, and incredibly well organized. It’s the little details that stood out to me—from the beautifully arranged lobby and spotless coffee station to the thoughtfully stocked market. Every space feels intentional, welcoming, and meticulously maintained. What made my stay especially memorable was Romeo at the front desk. After a long day of traveling, he greeted me with such kindness and genuine care. He made the check-in process effortless, took the time to explain the parking, reassured me that everything was taken care of, and even rolled a luggage cart over to the side of the building where I had parked so I wouldn’t have to walk across the lot. That level of thoughtfulness isn’t something you see every day. It’s clear that attention to detail is part of the culture here—not just in the appearance of the hotel, but in the way guests are treated. Romeo’s hospitality perfectly reflected everything I noticed throughout the property. Thank you for making me feel so welcome. I highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely stay here again.

I’m a HH diamond member and stay at many Hiltons and Hilton owned properties- This is definitely one of the best customer experiences hotel- Great Amenities, Fantastic location (many dining options within walking distance), hotel is always extremely clean. The bathroom showers have great pressure with nice showerheads very nice after a long hard day of work or invigorating to start your day! Then there is the staff always kind nice and personable- special shout out to Romeo of the front desk- always pleasant- Then there is Maria- She handles the Breakfast- phenomenal keeps the tables clean, warm genuine greetings to all the guests. She is like a southerner with a New York accent.

Excellent all-around experience! We brought our two granddaughters, ages 3 and 5, and they absolutely loved the pool and breakfast each morning. The hotel was extremely clean, and we were very impressed with everything from start to finish.

This is a newer hotel, focused on delivering a quality location for a short-term stay at an affordable price. It meets these goals. The rooms are currently in good shape, and the necessary ammenities exist. I have stayed here multiple times over the past 6 months, and the service level was highly variable. Multiple times I experienced no one at the front desk, and during periods of snow this was not cleared very quickly.

The Hampton is a great place to stay. I’ve stayed a few times different rooms and not once was there any issues. The rooms are clean just like the rest of the place. Always service with a smile, with a kind,friendly environment especially when gabby is there. It’s always a pleasure dealing with her. She definitely makes you feel welcome and it shows that she cares.

Like others have said, an outstanding Hilton and specifically a Hampton. Water pressure was amazing- very rare - and tub was large to actually use to soak/shave. The front desk, admin and cleaning staff are all very polite and accommodating. The gym was great. I used this twice on both days. The area seems good and centrally located and I was even able to get checkin very early from coming in on flight I could not help, but I know that checkin can vary from how quickly they can clean. They also allowed me late checkout for a night flight. Friendly folks, clean place, newer nice stuff, bed isn't bad. Definitely somewhere to remember! :)

Cant say enough. Very nice. Lobby was clean and bright. Front desk staff attentive. Lots of places to sit comfortably. Even a self development beer and wine tap. The fire place is a nice touch. The little store has essentials. Our room (432) was large, the bathroom room lay out was great. You could fit 3 people in the shower ;). Water pressure was amazing. Next ti.e we visit family, that's were we will be.

This hotel is great. Definitely the best we have stayed in on Long Island. Front staff was absolutely amazing. I called early in the morning to ask early check in. I forgot the young man I spoke to on the phone. He said housekeeping was not in yet. He took my number and said he would call me when they came in and he did! Met him at the front desk and he was so friendly and welcoming. Bobby at the desk was also very nice and helpful with anything I needed. Continental breakfast had an amazing selections . Probably the best we ever had. Hotel lobby is so great. We were able to have family and friends stop by to say hello to us and had a comfortable area to hang out in. We did not use the pool but it looked so nice and there looks like there’s a nice patio area to use. This hotel is our favorite and we will be back.
