We were treated very dishonestly …. they billed us for the wrong number of nights and are refusing to refund our money. Shame on you Carol

It's a shame that this place communicates so poorly with their clients. We attempted multiple times before we arrived at our reservation to confirm all costs and rooms before we arrived. They just wouldnt call back and then blamed it on impatient fishermen. Despite a lack of communication and calling back, we trusted that our reservation was sound. We showed up and were told that any reservation could be adjusted at the end of our stay since we were staying for a week And we weren't sure what day we were leaving. Well, they proceeded to not bill us for the correct number of days, and then told us that they wouldn't adjust it. they overbilled us and told us that it was our problem..... This is in the offseason when the place was empty. They did call me one time and tell me that they were going to refund one night on each room and then called me a week and a half later to tell me that they changed their mind And were not giving me the refund that we all agreed to after I had left. they couldn't talk to me while I was there, because the one person in charge wasn't around. Boooooooooooo! Lorraine, Carol, say goodbye to our future business. ?

JUST NOO NO NO…. outdated, feels incredibly unsafe (door lock is iffy), disgusting, skeevy, smelly, old, creepy neighbors (you hear EVERYTHING), bugs, no basic supplies like iron or hair drier, chairs covered in plastic, sink that doesnt drain, 1950’s AC, teeny tiny tv that does not work. im staying here 1 night and im having issues. i dont want to touch anything and it smells like my dead grandparents house. save your money, not worth it even for a cheap place. i am never ever staying here again or recommending this place to human beings. this is absolutely brutal.

Very clean, friendly - especially if you are a regular guest:), old school, great team! Rooms do vary, and paying extra for a view is recommended.

This is late and overdue—we were there in July ‘21. The crew here were great. We made reservations in advance and it was without question. We got help on the dock when we arrived which was supper. The office staff are helpful and friendly. Lorraine, Dawn, Colleen ( who is sooo funny ) Ice for a small cooler- no problem Fish cleaning tables, with hoses too. Plenty of power for the boat on the dock too. Even the pool was great, crystal clear and not crowded. ( even my wife loved this place!!) Ya..know happy wife…..
