I had the opportunity to stay at Sole East Resort a few weeks ago, and I’m still reminiscing about my experience! The customer service was exceptional, the location was beautiful, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming, peaceful, and refreshing. The food was absolutely delicious, and it was clear that every dish was prepared with care and attention. From the owners to the staff, everyone went above and beyond to make my friends and I feel valued and at home. I can’t wait to come back!

Unfortunately the bathroom ceiling fell on one of us while showering - room 124. The property manager, Thomas, verbally offered a full refund due to the inconvenience, and after leaving the property they have now backtracked and offered a credit for future stay instead of honoring their verbal offer of a full refund. So beware (:

I have been staying at Sole East for many summers now, and cannot recommend it enough. It is the perfect Montauk spot in terms of location and atmosphere. They offer amazing amenities, it is close to town and an overall really fun vibe. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The outdoor space is amazing during the day and at night with live music, pop up shops and fire pits. Highly recommend staying here in Montauk!!

Sole East Resort is by far the best spot for weekend trips to MTK. My friends and family will only stay here when we visit. At this point, we know all the staff - including Thomas the managing director who is always very accommodating and ensures we have the best stay possible. The pool area is so relaxing, and the poolside service is great if you want to tan, relax, and order food/drinks throughout the day. I’ve also dined at the Sole East restaurant multiple times with girlfriends and my family. They have both indoor and outdoor seating with such amazing and friendly staff! They also bring in talented live music bands and DJs on weekends which is one of my favorite parts about the resort. If you’re wondering where you should stay in MTK, Sole East will never disappoint. And if you’re passing through the area, highly recommend stopping by for the day!

The sole east resort is the best place to stay at. It offers everything you need and more. It’s cool and sexy the grounds are gorgeous. The pool is fabulous with pool beds all around. The staff couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating. We’ve been there 3 years in a row and I don’t think i could love it more. Sole East is truly a standout experience! The food is absolutely amazing — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish feels thoughtfully crafted and delicious. What really sets this place apart, though, is the hospitality. Dave, the owner, is incredibly kind and welcoming. He goes out of his way to make you feel at home, and you can tell he genuinely cares about each guest's experience. It’s rare to find that level of personal attention these days. If you're looking for a spot with great vibes, outstanding food, and the kind of hospitality that makes you want to come back again and again, Sole East is it. Highly recommended!

Sole east is the best hotel to stay in while you’re in Montauk. The heated pool is amazing plus there’s 360 pool chaises surrounding the pool. Every employee went out of their way to accommodate any request we had. The bartenders went out of their way to create cocktails for us and Dave and Thomas the owners were present making sure every guest was happy and comfortable . Also the guests that stay there are super down to earth and all regulars bc good service is hard to find and they all come back including me:) they offered a yoga class and have dog friendly accommodations. As a mother, it was so nice to see poolside games, extra floaties and umbrellas for the comfort of families. We especially loved the fire pit with s’mores and calming grounds that provided secluded star gazing and a Zen environment. Me and my family cannot wait to return. Thanks to all the staff of Sole East for making our Montauk stay unforgettable, easy and seamless.

My family and I went on a vacation to Solay East Resort, and everything was absolutely fantastic! The ambiance of the place is so peaceful and enjoyable. The backyard area and the restaurant’s design were just amazing. Having meals by the pool was an absolute treat. The Mediterranean dishes were delicious and left a lasting impression. In the evenings, we loved sitting by the fire pit and chatting with friends. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and we had no issues at all. Whenever we had a tiny hiccup, Thomas was super helpful and attentive. He took great care of us throughout the entire stay. Huge thanks to Thomas and the team; everything was just perfect!

My boyfriend and I came for the day to lounge by the pool and see a band we like. The food was good and so were the drinks and service by the pool. The setup for the concert wasn’t great. It was way too crowded. Way too small of a space. I had to step out to use the restroom and couldn’t get back to where my boyfriend was because it was so crowded and no one would let me through. I wouldn’t come back Montauk anyways but I definitely wouldn’t go back to that resort to see live music. We ended up leaving early.

We had an amazing stay at Sole East Resort. The place was very clean and peaceful. Thomas really knows his job and was so helpful with all our questions. Thanks to him, our stay was much more enjoyable. I’d definitely love to come back!
