The motel is very clean and the staff oh my goodness they are so very friendly and helpful and caring.

Venue has some rough edges but service was top notch, courteous and helpful

Discussing place. Rude front desk. The heat and a/c did not work, the sheets where all dirty. Would not refund or discont the room. Also did not offer another room. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

I called this motel today to see if I can get a room just for myself for a night or two, just to get away from a nagging spouse! The guy who answered the phone asked me “how many ppl” to which I said just me. He then said, it’s $110 per night, and I thought that wasn’t too bad. He then starts to rambling saying, “I’m not too sure, I’m not too sure” and slammed the phone on me. I thought he made a mistake so I called back and said to him, you hung up on me. He starts to rumble again, I said to him, can I do the reservation? He keeps saying, “I’m not too sure”, so I said, can I come in person to reserve and check in? Again he says “I’m not too sure”, and slammed hung the phone again. So you the readers be the judge, cause I can’t waste not one more second of my life trying to figure out what just happened! ?

I gave this motel 1 star because upon checking in the desk clerk asks me how many I told him 1 and he tells me only I'm allowed in my room and I can't have company. That wasn't my intention BUT why not? He couldn't explain why I couldn't have company just that I can't. I don't exactly know what he was insinuating but If I wanted to be told what can happen when I rent a room I'll go to my parents house thanks. I'll never stay here again. And you should stay somewhere else.

Me and my family stayed here back in May, to our relief there was no bugs and the rooms were fairly clean except for a few stains on the curtains, bathroom curtains, ect. There were a few problems with one of our keycards in which we could not open the door but the manager was incredibly kind to me and my family and helped us open the door when we couldn’t. He also went above and beyond to make our stay here comfortable. The rooms had a tv with various channels, a shower, a fridge, a microwave, and two beds. So overall the rooms were mediocre but there was incredible room service and amazing management.

The hotel it could be a very nice hotel. If it was properly maintenance the rooms have bedbugs in them the majority of them the one facing the water have Jacuzzis. Nice rooms will could’ve been nice rooms. Wouldn’t the Jacuzzi don’t work and there’s bedbugs on the side, those are not rooms and they’re disgusting broken down. The linen is not changed. It’s not pleasurable at all, but cheap if thats what you’re going for.
