We had a big group who wanted to experience the Hamptons in peak season. We did originally have some trouble with booking a home and the owners declining the request on two different homes. At first, it was difficult to get in touch with StayMarquis to have them assist us in finding a home that can fit our big group as well as be within a similar price range. I will admit, at first the StayMarquis agents/team were dismissive and not willing to help. I had my boyfriend reach out to StayMarquis and he was able to finally get in touch with someone who was willing to help us - Daniel Seron. Daniel was extremely helpful and had gotten his team to work with us on finding a suitable house. Daniel was able to find a house within less than 24 hours. Without Daniel's help we would have been stuck without accommodation for the weekend. The house itself was just like the photos, it was clean, and the instructions were very clear on where everything was located in the house and how to control temperatures, the pool, etc. The group had a great time and we will absolutely reach out to Daniel Seron again when we try to find another accommodation in the area. Their properties are absolutely gorgeous. Thank you Daniel!!

The house was perfect for our joint bachelor/bachelorette weekend and was very clean and ready to go supplied with multiple towels and toilet paper. Truly had a great time. Couldn't utilize all amenities such as the pool due to the cooler weather but it was lovely sitting outside with the pool open. It made the view even more beautiful.

Cannot recommend this property and experience enough! Rented a home in Water Mill for a short weekend this winter and it was amazing. Needed to book something for my wife and I last minute and was able to get one of the most unique properties for great value! Awesome staff too!

12/10 stay! a stunning property that had everything you need to accommodate a large group of people…we made a super last minute reservation with them as our other booking canceled within 30 minutes of arrival. Stay Marquis saved the day…the decor and vibe of the house was amazing and every room has its own bathroom, which was a major bonus. close to town for dinner and shopping! a very nice stay, we can’t recommend them enough!

StayMarquis seriously saved the day for us. We were in a tough last minute situation for my fiancée’s 30th and they came in clutch beyond expectations. Within no time they found us the most beautiful house in Southampton that was perfect for our group of 12. Every single detail was thought through. From the decor and overall vibe of the house to having literally any seasoning or kitchen item you could possibly want for dinner. It felt effortless on our end because they had everything covered. Bryan was especially incredible throughout the entire process. Super responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making sure the weekend was perfect for us. Could not recommend StayMarquis enough.

The house was perfect for our extended family to gather. There was so much space and everyone was comfortable! The basement area, which we called the “kid zone” was perfect for the little ones to stay all together and enough room to run around. The beds were so comfy and they really seemed to think about all the supplies needed for the kitchen. Location is convenient to a lot of activities. We were all talking about renting the house again before we even left!

Our stay at Villa Vino Modern in Southold NY was nothing short of magnificent!! The home was gorgeous, perfectly appointed, with plenty of space for our family to have a wonderful time. Every detail was beautifully thought out, and we had everything we needed and more to be very comfortable all week. With our extended family living nearby, and with the incredible scenery and Fall foliage, it was also the perfect location. Working with StayMarquis was a breeze, and we are grateful to the team for making it all so seamless. We would give Villa Vino Modern 100 stars if we could!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIVES! Stay Marquis came highly recommended to my family. The home we rented was not as advertised. In one month, we experienced 4 floods. No one told us you could not use the washing machine and flush the toilet at the same time. You can't run the dishwasher while taking a shower. We were provided with one towel per person and one set of sheets. When we asked for more , we were only given extra towels. No extra sheets or pillowcases. When the pantry door was accidentally locked from the inside (why would there even be a lock on a pantry door?!), we were told we'd be reimbursed for a locksmith. Never saw that money again. One bedroom was converted from a garage and had no a/c or ventilation. I highly advise going to see the property you're thinking of renting before you commit.

We had a wonderful stay at a home in Watermill through StayMarquis. The booking process is seamless online and they kindly accommodated our little dog for a small and reasonable fee. We stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed the home- it had everything we needed in the kitchen and the bedrooms were spacious, cozy, and comfortable. I also appreciated the small touches the team does to make the experience feel like you will not miss being in a hotel like the le labo amenities in every bathroom in the house. The communication with the StayMarquis team was also great- check in was right on time and easy - we really appreciated the quick communication throughout our stay. I’m looking forward to having another reason to book a stay with StayMarquis again in the near future!

We had a wonderful stay at this East Hamptons home. The location was excellent, close to everything we wanted, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The house itself was cozy, spotless, and perfectly comfortable for our group of six, with plenty of space to spread out (and easily room for more). Everything felt well cared for, and it made our stay stress-free and relaxing. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for the perfect East Hamptons getaway.
