Really cute place with a great location and wonderful access to the beach. A wonderful homey feel from the moment you enter.

Me, my family of 4 and our 2 beagles stayed in room #20 (oceanside 2 bedroom penthouse) from 8/5-8/8. It was nothing fancy but it had all we needed for a wonderful and relaxing beach vacation with the family. The grounds were nice and peaceful, the beach was perfect, the lobby was accommodating with snacks and a light breakfast and even some things to grill on their new grills! There was a fire pit for smores or just to sit and hang. The staff was great too. They set up lounges and umbrellas for us upon arrival as well as anytime we needed. Donna, the manager, was a pleasure and Jaiden was very accommodating to our needs. It was a nice, relaxing vacation with the fam. Thank you!

?????????? Absolutely Amazing Stay – Staff and Chris Made It Perfect I recently stayed at Hampton Ocean Resort and had such a wonderful experience. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail during our stay. From check-in to check-out, everyone made sure we felt comfortable and cared for. I especially want to mention a kid named Chris who works there. He was truly outstanding – so polite, friendly, and hardworking. He went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed, whether it was carrying beach chairs, giving us great local recommendations, or just checking in to see if everything was okay. His positive attitude and genuine kindness made such a difference in our trip. You can tell he really cares about the guests and takes pride in his work. Thank you to the entire Hampton Ocean Resort team, and a special thank you to Chris for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be coming back soon!

It’s a special place for us due to a wonderful, personal special memories, and the best place about it is location and the beach, you don’t come to this place for accommodations, you come for starry nights and ocean waves and falling in love! It’s been a while since we’ve been there, but it will be forever special for us , and that’s why we give it an extra star in this review, (and also for a good value for the money, because everything else around is just pretentious and overpriced, so this hidden place on an amazing beach and near the fancy Hamptons, is like a down to earth throwback to how Hamptons was before, and how it will stay in our hearts for good. It’s a beautiful place to be beyond and fall in love at… ;-) Rooms even then in 2011 were very basic, but we did not spend much time there, as we were at the beach playing and jumping in the waves until late night under the stars.. :)

We got a 2 bedroom cottage and the location was nice right on the beach. However, the cleanliness was not great. Lots of bugs in the room and dirty fridges/bathroom, stained towels. Kitchen didn’t come with essentials for cooking. Staff isn’t very welcoming and seems very lazy. This resort has so much potential if staff were to put more effort into making it clean and more organized. This is more of a camping style place to stay. Overall my stay was okay due to the location, however I wouldn’t recommend this place to others.
