This is a place that’s rated as a 3 star hotel charging $1k a night during the summer. They are one of the biggest ripoff’s in Montauk. A 3 star hotel charging that kind of money. The rooms are as you would expect. Just average. What you would expect from a 3 star hotel but certainly not the quality that deserves $1000 and more a night. It’s a joke. Don’t let them rip you and your family off like this. It’s a disgrace!!

We stayed there end of May beginning of June for a couple of days. The weather was great. People are very friendly. The room was very nice. They told us the bathroom had just been renovated. Very nice! We stayed in unit 12. It is 2 block to the village restaurants and shop. Montauk bakery has great stuff.

I’ve stayed at 3 other hotels in montauk but this one is by far my favorite. The views, location, and beach access are 10/10. It is pricier but 100% worth it in my opinion. These room photos are of unit 20. They also seem to host a bunch of free activities like yoga on the beach!

The place was pretty nice. The rooms were big enough and they had a nice beach and pool. The only thing is that it’s very expensive. But it’s also more continent because it’s right near the Montauk main square unlike some other nice hotels like this. My review isn’t exactly 4.0 but it will round up to it. Place is nice but a little bit pricey!!!!

Rented this place for a weekend getaway from the city for my daughter’s birthday. She really loved the beach and the area. Overall, it was very nice despite the steep price. I only rated 4 because the pool was out of service. Sorry, but that wasn’t made clear when I booked it. We were very excited about using the heated pool :(.

Location to the beach and town is unbeatable. Unit 61 was clean and provided perfect space for my wife and two young kids. The pool was perfect for the kids. Service was great. You can tell they take good care of the property. Also loved the complimentary meal trucks that came by each night! Thanks for a great stay.

I stayed at the surf club with my husband and 3 friends in mid June. We stayed in a 3-bed room (room 15) which was perfect for us. Everything about our stay was lovely! The staff was friendly and responsive, the room was gorgeous and clean, there was more than enough parking to accommodate us, and the location was beyond perfect. Staying right on the beach and then being able to walk pretty much everywhere was great. Maybe it was because it was early in the season, but the pool was not over-crowded at all as some of the other reviews have said. I would definitely stay here again!!
