Decent hotel, a bit pricey for what it is, at least on the weekend. Breakfast was decent but not great. Rooms are spacious and clean. The area is a little run down and lots of construction. Also the pool was closed and loaded w algae, not the best view from our hotel window lol. But overall it's decent and Rooms are nice.

Stayed here for a few weeks for work. Can be a little loud on occasions at night, and the beds are a little soft for a full sized fella like myself. Otherwise a great location with helpful friendly staff with plenty of stores and food nearby.

Had a great experience staying at the Holiday Inn in Riverhead, NY. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was kind and welcoming during both check-in and check-out. The breakfast was fresh with plenty of options to choose from each morning. Our room was also surprisingly large and comfortable, which made the stay even better. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

The room was great and very nice and had a great bed but u gotta watch out who is around you bc there was a old guy watching us and he was following my gf so make sure u be careful otherwise it was a great experience This place is horrible

All the people who check you in are fast, efficient, and friendly. They always ask for preference for rooms. The hotel itself is also very accomodating, they'll let you book a room late in the night as long as there is one available, and even cut you some deals here and there. Spent the day here with my partner and daughter, checkout time came and we wanted to book a night. They just charged the remainder of the price of a night stay rather than the price of the day reservation and night stay. We really appreciate everything this hotel and their staff have done to make us feel welcome and want to keep coming back. Plus the breakfast is yummy.

Pretty great actually! The hotel was very clean, well maintained, which I appreciated! Friendly staff, small but cute lobby. There even was a nice chess set. Great extensive breakfast, and they had warm cinnamon buns ?. The gym was probably one of the better gyms I ever went to in a hotel, very spacious and clean! All around just very well done, I would recommend! It's also in a great area with lots of Outlet Malls and Stores.

Wonderful Experience for Our Wedding Weekend! We had a fantastic experience with the Holiday Inn Express Riverhead for our wedding room block. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. They made reserving our block so easy and kept great communication leading up to our guests’ check-in dates. They provided me with a complete guest list, handled all the welcome bags for our guests, and even made custom wedding signage for our transportation — such a thoughtful touch! They also offered late checkouts for anyone who needed them and let us hang out in the lobby for a fun little after-party at the end of the night. Everything went so smoothly, and the prices were very reasonable. I’d highly recommend this hotel to any couple planning a wedding in the area — they truly went above and beyond to make our weekend special!

My wife and I booked several rooms for our wedding. At first they only had a few rooms available for the wedding party and a few out of town guests. As time went on and became closer to our wedding day, more and more rooms became available. They even made adjustments to rooms we had booked for Friday and then switched on Saturday. So they accommodated us by changing the bookings for the switched rooms to allow us to stay in the rooms for both nights. They had breakfast available for everyone. We also booked a room for the Bride and all her ladies to get ready in. They made accommodations for us to be able to get additional food delivered as well. Overall a great experience. The rooms were clean and staff was very helpful from start to finish.

We were married just over a year ago and our anniversary reminded us to share our vendor reviews! We were married at East Wind in Wading River and used the Holiday Inn Express in Riverhead as our overflow hotel. Erica is a true gem and an mvp. She answered every single phone call and kept us very up to date on how many rooms we had booked at the hotel. They handed out our welcome bags to all our guests as well.

We got in at 10pm and we were greeted by Audrey. For the only employee on staff this late in the evening Audrey did a fantastic job. She was super friendly, accommodating and helpful attending to our every need in addition to everything else. Holiday Inn should be thankful to have Audrey as an employee! Additionally, the hotel and rooms were clean!
