Great night at this hotel. Super clean room, bathroom, lobby, etc. Staff was very friendly. Gym was very well stocked and clean so was nice to use. Walking distance to Walmart and a couple restaurants which was really nice. Breakfast was great and well stocked. All around great stay.

I can’t speak more highly of the hotel and the staff. I had some flooding in my house and had to get out for a few days. Annette helped me immensely through the check in process. As well as the operational manager Albert. The other employees were fantastic and incredibly helpful. Both front desk personnel Isabella and David were absolutely terrific. The staff morale was the best I’ve seen in any comparable hotel…and I have stayed in my share of hotels. This goes for the housekeeping and the staff that handles the breakfast (which is fantastic btw served 6-10 AM). The rooms are spacious and include a kitchen area. The lobby is large and modern & includes a computer, printer and an ATM. Hotel also has an updated exercise room & a pool open from 7 AM- 10 PM. Everything is very clean. The rooms (and entire hotel) are extremely clean and have flatware, silverware, a microwave, a dishwasher and a full size refrigerator. Walmart is in walking distance as well as a bank, Starbucks, Tropical Smoothie, liquor store and even a restaurant. Parking is included and plentiful. 9.6/10. Highly recommended.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. It looks brand new, has a very updated, modern feel and style to it. The room was great, very clean, very nice set up. The breakfast buffet in morning was great too, very good food, some of the best coffee and orange juice I've ever had. Nice area as well, easy to get to right off the LIE. I will definitely be coming back to stay here again

Isabelle was fabulous! We checked in under crazy circumstances. She handled it wonderfully! She was able to keep calm and keep us calm while navigating what we needed ( 2 rooms adjoining). Olivia the GM was helpful and reassuring! We had a slight mishap with a couple of night staff people but it was handled quickly and efficiently by management. Olivia and crew thank you for making us feel at home!

I am a Hilton honors member and stayed in a lot of hotels before. Be aware that this hotel charges $200 deposit!!They don’t say it anywhere on their site, but you will find out when you will come to check in! It’s a lot of money for this hotel! I paid $130 for my room but I must pay $200 for deposit. Unbelievable..

Excellent experience! Our room was clean and comfortable, with large workspaces and a well-designed kitchenette (which included a full-sized refrigerator and a dishwasher). The front desk staff were helpful and professional, especially Annette and Skuyler, who helped resolve my extension/booking snag so efficiently that it felt practically effortless from my end. A special shout out to Roger, whose warm smile and kind greetings each time I saw him really helped me feel comfortable and welcome throughout the length of my stay. I’d highly recommend this hotel, and would absolutely stay here again.

We stay here as a family of five. The suite was nice as it was enough space for our entire family. Also was a little bit of kitchen space. Breakfast was decent and free. There was coffee and tea available in the lobby area throughout the day one Wellness is the hotel has a swimming pool and gym. We did not get a chance to enjoy the swimming pool but maybe next time.

I got stuck here during a snow storm. They don’t aid anyone in inclement weather and they benefit off the fact that your car is plowed over with snow. The rooms are clean and beautiful. This place is great with the exception of the one girl at the front desk with glasses and a low bun……she is a corporate robot…very fake and rude to anyone who needs anything. She did this with everyone in the queue. Ask for anyone else. The other front desk staff are so lovely and friendly and helped me.

Highly recommend!!!! The rooms are spacious and very nice ! Beds are super comfortable. Very convenient location , close to everything you’d need. The staff is amazing and very friendly ! Olivia at the front desk was truly incredible and so accommodating!!!! She puts the needs of the guests as her top priority and went above and beyond to ensure we were able to have an amazing stay and my kids and I were able to have a great ‘hotel experience!!’

Excellent place to stay. This is my first time staying here. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are spacious and the shopping center, Walmart and Starbucks is wonderful. Gad and 7 11 not to far away. And it's quiet. Staff are friendly and everything is clean. I will stay here again .
