We rent the room April 20th, Today is May25 they took security deposit$250 we still didn't get it back! This hotel pretend like they have breakfast they don't have even kitchen, they have college students working there, scared to lose the job. Definitely not worth 650 dollars for a night. Well this is the answer to you, after your post, the money is still not posted, today is June 10th bed business and no breakfast don't be delusional!!! That Manhattan vibe, is not working in Long Island

This was such an incredible place to stay. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left the staff were so welcoming, kind and accommodating. Joanie and James, who were at the front desk when we arrived, in particular went out of their way to make us feel special and taken care of. The rooms were comfortable and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The breakfast was genuinely so good--I will be thinking about those muffins for years to come. And the views were otherworldly. My husband and I are thinking we might need to make this a yearly trip.

Hotel Moraine is TRULY a standout destination. From the moment you arrive, the location alone sets the tone; beautiful and serene, this gem of a hotel is perfectly situated for a relaxing getaway. The accommodations are also just as impressive, offering a comfortable and thoughtfully designed space that makes it easy to unwind. What really makes this place exceptional, though, is the staff. Rachel, Clark, James, and Juan consistently go above and beyond to ensure every stay feels special. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine warmth are what keep me coming back time and time again. It’s also worth noting how welcoming the hotel is for both families and dogs, which adds an extra layer of comfort and convenience that’s hard to find elsewhere. I highly recommend Hotel Moraine for any occasion, you won’t be disappointed!

We had such a lovely first trip to this hotel (2 rooms booked for a week) and were eagerly looking to re-book. I inquired if any room had a sofa bed for my toddler, as she will not sleep on a pop up cot without a mattress. They informed me the King ADA room had a sofa bed in the room, which was perfect! The next communication was to inform me that to utilize the piece of furniture in the room would be $60/night- so for our 4 night stay- $240 extra to use the sofa bed. I clarified that if my daughter just slept on the couch part there would be no fee, but if the sofa was pulled out to a bed, $240. This is truly absurd. The reasoning was "linens and housekeeping." I could purchase 10 sets of linens and pay my house cleaners to clean the entire room for LESS than $240. I noticed there are a few other low reviews with the same reason as mine. I was told there are no exceptions and no flexibility to this policy. As a repeat guest that booked 2 rooms previously, my mind was blown completely. It seems per the other review that this was being done purely for revenue purposes. What a shame- as we would have been repeat guests for life!

Loved our stay at Hotel Moraine. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Always able to recommend a restaurant in town and check if they were open (Holiday times so Google wasn't always accurate). Rooms were spacious and clean with beautiful views and a large soaking tub. I'm sure it's great during the warmer months but was also spectacular to watch the waves role in with snow and a good book on hand during winter. We'll be visiting again no doubt.

We hosted our wedding at Hotel Moraine in Greenport, New York, in September 2025 and rented out the entire venue. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hospitality and attention to detail from the entire team truly blew us away. The property itself is stunning, but what really sets Hotel Moraine apart is the level of service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure our families and guests felt welcomed and cared for all weekend. The combination of the hotel’s natural beauty and the exceptional service made our wedding feel incredibly special. I feel confident saying this is the best hotel on the North Fork when you consider both the setting and the experience. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing stay or a place to host a special event, I can’t recommend Hotel Moraine highly enough.

We recently stayed at Hotel Moraine from August 7–11, 2025 in a King Terrace room for our Anniversary, and to say our experience was incredible is truly an understatement. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how immaculate and stunning the property is. Every corner of the hotel is spotless and beautifully maintained, and the views from our terrace were just breathtaking. Honestly, the photos online don’t do this place justice—it’s even more gorgeous in person. The food and drinks were just as memorable as the setting. The lobster roll, flatbread pizzas, and cold local Greenport brews were outstanding, and the margaritas were some of the best we’ve ever had. Each meal and cocktail added to the relaxed and luxurious vibe of the stay. We especially loved the Happy Hour from 5–7 on Thursday through Saturday, where two of the nights featured live music overlooking the Long Island Sound. The atmosphere was incredible—the sunsets, the views, and the music together made for the perfect way to end each day. It was such a great time, with a lively yet relaxed vibe that really captured the spirit of the North Fork. A huge part of what made our experience so unforgettable was the staff. Tamarra and Juan were absolutely incredible—they went above and beyond for us throughout our entire stay. From making sure we had everything we needed to simply checking in with genuine warmth, they made us feel cared for in such a personal way. The entire team’s hospitality was second to none. Although we live right in Suffolk County on Long Island, staying here felt like we were worlds away on a dream vacation. Being in one of our favorite spots on the North Fork, yet feeling so transported, made it even more special. We cannot wait to return and would recommend Hotel Moraine to anyone looking for the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and North Fork charm. Truly a gem!

The location and hotel overall was amazing. They had lots of staff that were attentive but needed more training. Private beach and pool were awesome!! Good and drink excellent.

Beautiful property where you truly feel at ease. My fiancé and I were engaged here and the team made it a memorable experience. The grounds are incredible with the private beach, rooms are spacious, and what stood out was the team and level of service. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and personable. Great location too and close to town. Easily a place we’d return too and plan to.
