over 1 year agoMy husband and I stayed at the Tapestry House for a wedding weekend in September. It was a truly wonderful and unique visit. The inn is beautiful–furnishings and details are perfect. Breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. Joan made us feel so welcomed. It was a memorable stay, and we hope to return!

almost 3 years agoI recently stayed at the Tapestry House for a girls overnight and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Our host Joan, was lovely and extremely accommodating! The decor was beautiful and the house felt very welcoming. We really enjoyed sitting out on the front wrap around porch by the fire feature at night and while having breakfast. I’ll definitely be back!!

almost 3 years agoThe Tapestry House was absolutely beautiful. Everything was easy and comfortable from check in to check out thanks to our lovely host Joan. We had a misunderstanding with our reservation and Joan made sure to fix the error and accommodate our needs. The porch with the fire table was my favorite perch and Breakfast was awesome. Great walk into town and restaurants. Can’t wait to come back!

almost 5 years agoWhat a wonderful experience this has been. Like others have shared, Joan is a wonderful host. She makes you feel like you’re the most important person who has ever walked through the door and went beyond the call of service giving me her own regular hair appt and trying to help us get a solution to a difficult challenge. Even before we arrived, she and Michael were quick to respond with “where I might host a luncheon” and more. Although breakfast is served from 8:00 to 9:00 am, coffee is perked by 6 am and she always left us out some sort of breakfast snack incase we were hungry. The house is gorgeous, spotless and plenty of room to have your own personal space both inside and outside the house. The patio is a wrap around and so relaxing. It is on the Main Street and just a very little walk from town and the water. The beds are extremely comfortable and even the sheets were high quality. My friends (the bride and groom) who were in a pricey air B and B, wish they had stayed there once they saw it and heard of our experience. If your looking for a hassle free, warm, great experience, try the Tapestry!
