Please don’t book here, i had the worst experience ever! I booked for aniversary with my husband, we wanted something romantic so we paid a room with a jacuzzi, it was during winter, well, we got there, the service was unbelievable, the woman gave us the key, she didn’t explain anything anything else about the hotel, parking, nothing. We wanted to use the jacuzzi, but guess what the jacuzzi didn’t have the bath plug, so jacuzzi wasn’t working, it was 7pm we called to the lobby but anyone answered, seriously it was closed! It was winter even with that cold we went walking all the way to the lobby to check if someone could help, it was all closed, we found like a handyman walking around we told him and he gave us the plug for the jacuzzi, we were so happy, wait guess what COLD WATER, no hot, cold cold in the jacuzzi, shower, sink no hot water. So we coudn’t use the jacuzzi in our “romantic anniversary” we paid for a jacuzzi room where the jacuzzi didn’t work, anyone answered my call in the whole night, oh and also tv did’t work at all! Please don’t go to this place, so so disappointing

We booked a room in December for a weekend stay in the Hamptons. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed there was only one other car in the parking lot, which felt unusual. When we checked in, the front desk attendant appeared rushed and inattentive. She had called us twice prior to arrival, and we arrived around 4:00 PM as expected. After going up to our room, we discovered the toilet was broken. I went back down to notify the front desk immediately, but the attendant had already left, and the only other car in the parking lot was gone as well. At that point, the property felt unsettling and unprofessional. Looking into the neighboring room only added to the concern—it contained a queen-sized bed with a disorganized pile of sheets and a crumpled brown bag left on top, giving the appearance that the room had not been cleaned or prepared. Given these conditions, we did not feel comfortable staying on the property and left immediately to check into another hotel. I attempted to call multiple times afterward, but no one answered. The following day, we returned to return the room key and explain the situation. The front desk attendant was understanding and took our information, stating that a manager would contact us. It has now been three weeks with no follow-up, and we have not received a refund. This experience was unacceptable, poorly managed, and deeply disappointing. We will not be staying here again and would not recommend this property to others.

It's the best place I've stayed in awhile.. The staff is so friendly n accommodating to your needs. Located in great environment n location. I will definitely stay here time after time again in future....... The management is absolutely wonderful in every way,she is very concerned n helpful towards your needs 24/7

The stay did not meet expectations compared to how it was advertised on Expedia. At $240 per night, I anticipated a higher standard. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a water leak, the floor did not feel properly cleaned, and the room was uncomfortably humid. I chose to stay only one night and made other arrangements. Overall, the value did not align with the price paid.

I was so disappointed with my stay here. The hotel is not nice at all. The rooms are dark and old and the carpet was not clean. It looked like a motel more than anything particularly for the rates. It’s also in a super busy area right off the main road and they close the back entrance so you have no choice but to make a difficult left turn on 27. The amenities are nonexistent - the grounds are tired. I would never stay here again.

Location is all this place has to offer, even though you are surrounded by by golf courses…Unfortunately, the rooms are old and disgusting, Beds are extremely uncomfortable… I slept on the soft bc it was more comfortable. Pretty much a glorified motel. we paid $700 a night for mid-August rate but then the next night it was $280… Definitely family owned, very sweet front desk… Pool was clean. Place felt extremely abandoned.

Horrible/sketchy experience. My friends and I were almost sex trafficked on the property and had to call 911. While returning back to the hotel at around 2:15 am we were exiting an uber and walking to our room as a suspicious woman appeared out of nowhere and approached us on the sidewalk. She was mumbling to us that she was scared and needed help, attempting to lore us in and sex traffic us. We ignored her and tried to walk away from her but she followed us towards our room. Therefore, we started running in search for help because she started chasing us around the building. After sprinting to the main office that was closed with no security or staff in sight, we had to hide and call 911. Three police cars came and escorted us back to our room. The woman was no where to be found when police arrived. We informed the female employee at the front desk at our checkout in the morning and suggest she look into the situation and at the security footage but she didn’t seem concerned at all. She asked if we needed water and hoped we come back again next year…. I followed up with an email to management complaining and requesting a refund for our stay and they called me back about an hour later. The front desk woman said she found out who the woman was and said she was a guest who was drunk and didn’t know how to get into her room and went into someones room and they started screaming at her so she was scared…. I don’t believe the story at all. I think theres some sketchy shit going on. The hotel processed a partial refund to us within less than 24 hours. Seems like a big coverup and we will never stay here again.

The location was great! The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. However, the room I was in was a little beat up and did not necessarily look as nice as the photos The floors were buckled and in need of repair I would stay again
