For a motor lodge I loved the accommodations. There is a bit of dating in the bath ceiling, but nothing to take away from cleanliness of the room, the location, the price, and the pool. Very nice people and love their dog. We were there for a fishing charter and the marina is literally across the street. We will definitely stay here again when we come to fish.

Stayed here with my partner for a few days and really enjoyed it. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and everyone we dealt with was friendly. The location was probably our favorite part. We walked to dinner every night, spent time around the harbor watching the boats come and go, and caught a couple of great sunsets. Once we parked the car, we barely used it. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Montauk.

Room was ok. The shower had a leak that caused water to spray on the ceiling and was unusable. Talked to front desk and they had no other similar rooms available. I was able to tighten myself with a multitool I keep in my bag. I talked to housekeeping and they got their manager so someone greeted me in a robe. Other than that hotel was in a good location and clean.

I had an amazing time at Kenny's Tipperary Inn and so grateful for their incredible off-season deals. The location was walkable and the outdoor landscaping is lovely. But most importantly, the king-sized bed offered the best night of sleep. Last year I endured two rather uncomfortable stays and small inns along the Jersey Shore and North Fork and this exceeded those experiences by having a large comfortable bed and an overall pleasant yet unique stay. The only thing I wish is that there were blackout curtains-- since there aren't, be sure to bring a sleep mask as light filters into the room from both sides. I was out here for a project and hope to come back again one day.

Let me start by saying the service was wonderful! Every person we met on staff was extremely helpful and polite. The location was fabulous, and I have to say that the room was extremely clean and tidy. No cobwebs, dust or surprises in any of the corners of the room. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you to the staff at Kenny’s temporary Inn. How could I forget the rate, couldn’t have asked for better pricing.

Absolutely loved my stay at Kenny’s. My son was getting married in the area. Rooms were great. Had a 1 bedroom plenty of room. Other family members stayed also and loved their experience as well. Very friendly family oriented place.first time traveling with my dog and she loved the other dogs! Would definitely stay there again!! Thank you for a great stay!!??

First time staying here and reserved a 1br appt. Room was basic but clean and kitchen was equipped with stovetop, microwave, fridge, toaster, and dish/drinkware as well as cleaning supplies. Couch was covered and floors bare except for area rug (expected in a dog friendly place). Bed was kingsize and very comfortable. Air conditioner in living and bed rooms. Garden area was very pretty with seating and pool looked nice (was still open but we didn't use it). Front desk individuals were welcoming. Our toilet had some issues - was able to deal with it for the one night and we reported it at check out. Restaurants are within walking distance and beach pass was available. Unfortunately our dog was not a good traveler and we left a day early but was a good, no frills place to bring your pet. Suggestions for improvement: website did not specify (or was not clear) that all 1brs did not open to the garden/pool. We were on the 2nd floor and was not as convenient, especially since stairs were a little steep. Ask for a ground floor room. Mention the coffee maker is a 4 cup, maybe provide coffee filters. Finally have a list of local restaurants within walking distance, offer delivery and/or take out. If our dog was better behaved we would keep this on the list for a future visit.

We booked this last minute for LDW and this is a great hidden gem. Everyone was so nice, the place is extremely dog friendly and VERY clean. The pool area is pristine. They also have a nice small patio and fire pit along with a partially enclosed meditation area. It’s a motel so the rooms are to be expected, however they were clean, beds were comfy and the water pressure was perfect! Small bit of feedback, I wish there were towel hooks in the bathroom. It’s easy to walk to restaurants and the beach.

Our stay was great. The room was clean and pretty big. I like that the floors were not carpet because it feels cleaner. Housekeeping did a great job every day. It was nice to be able to walk to restaurants and around the docks. I think it is a very convenient location and well priced accommodations.
