The Hampton Maid is one of the most exquisite places I’ve stayed in! This is coming from someone who is very picky and hard to please! My husband and I stayed on the weekend of November 22, 2025 for just one night (we will go back soon for longer!) and we were able to check in earlier around 3pm which was great! We were greeted by Mateo (he looks like Daddy Yankee! ?) and he was so amazingly courteous and accommodating as I requested a room without neighbors! Our room was number 31 which were the 2 bed cottages and I loved it! The room itself is very spacious, clean and peaceful, the bed linens were so fluffy and comfy! The shower was amazing and the tv worked well as well as the heat! Yay! The grounds are well kept and manicured, we got to walk around the premises and truly take in the beautiful landscape and relax. Our one night rate included dinner at restaurant and it was truly amazing! I am eager to book a longer wekeend and I hope anyone reading this can go experience this gem!

The place is magical. Such a beautiful setup. The staff is so nice. We spoke to the owner without knowing who he was and he was the kindest person. Their restaurant is so cozy and everything is immaculately clean. Hidden gem.

Fabulous Columbus Day weekend stay. Room 26 is a perfect location. 2 queen beds, rocking chairs on porch. Happy hour and tapas excellent. Mateo at front desk wonderful. Kurt waiter at happy hour knowledgeable and friendly.

Have been coming to the Hampton Maid for at least 15 years. It is the best value in the Hamptons. Spotlessly clean with annual updates to the property. Pool is great. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is out of this world.

?????????? I’ve been coming to the Hampton Maid Inn for over 15 years, and each visit reminds me why it’s my favorite getaway. Over the years I’ve seen the growth, upgrades, and continued attention to detail, and the property only gets better with time. The staff is always warm, welcoming, and accommodating, and the grounds are beautifully kept — truly a clean and relaxing environment. This past Labor Day weekend was one of my best stays yet. It really feels like a home away from home every time I return. The Hampton Maid is hands down the best stay in the Hamptons. If I could wish for just one more thing, it would be a later-night food option or maybe even a cozy lounge area, simply because I love the property so much I never want the evenings to end.

Loved the Hampton Maid. We stayed in a King room that felt like our own cottage with a porch with two rocking chairs looking out at the lawn with a water view. We were close to the pool and everything. Best breakfast ever! Enjoyed tapas happy hour! Comfy bed, great friendly service. Wonderful gift shop! Bought clothes. Only suggestion would be to serve filtered water at breakfast and not require purchasing bottles. Horrible chemicals in LI tap water!

First, I gotta say the price is unbeatable! We stayed during the Father’s Day weekend for 2 nights. Not only the room is clean and basically got everything we need. I love the coffee machine and the coffee tastes good. (I’m picky about coffee) Ans they have robes, more than enough towels in good quality. The room is spacious as well. I love the fact they got outside chilling area , a hammock on the side. Feels good got surrounded by nature. The pool is a bit small, but decent size and clean. Even though we didn’t use it dues to the weather condition. But I do hope that they can have a fire pit table would be nice since the weather could be chilly at night. And I love the food in their restaurant. We had the Father’s Day brunch and the dinner for our first night. The food is delicious!! And very children friendly. We will definitely come back!!

My husband and I have eaten breakfast at The Hampton Maid many times and have always found the food to be top notch and delicious. Service is always wonderful as well. This time, we stayed overnight for the first time. The room was very pretty; almost chalet-like. Immaculate, too! They also have very comfortable bedding. We both slept great! They have lovely hygiene products in the room, too. Beautifully-kept grounds and swimming pool, and the rooms are situated very nicely on the property, with rocking chairs on the front porches. Our only complaint is that the sink was not inside of the bathroom, in our room. The sink and mirror are located outside of the bathroom. Not our personal preference. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.
