If ur a female, the desk guy will not rent you a room unless u slee with him

I called to ask how much would it be for 3 nights and the guy was very rude and hanged up the phone on me. So i called again because i thought maybe he understood me wrong! And then he yelled at me ?????

Very good for what it is. Owners are nice. Rooms are clean, and there are no bed bugs. Bathrooms are surprisingly nice.

Staying here now and it’s been a great experience. The owner is very accommodating and friendly They are pet friendly We are close to everything I like it here it’s also clean and super comfortable It was better than I ever expected I moved from CT and my stay there felt like home unfortunately I had to leave and I will miss it and the people who work there I felt like family Thank you ?

Got a room for a quick stay to sleep in between shifts at work. There was constant banging from rooms above, that lasted on and off for 3 hours. When I went into the bathroom, there were used eyelash strips on sink and by window. Wifi did not work. Called front desk for assistance, was hung up on. Called again and had to stand outside while they called "IT." Asked to just leave early and be refunded for time not used. Immediately told no and manager continued to wave hand in my face. I had to tell him to stop and to stop speaking to me like a was a child. I went out of my way to come to this establishment because I hadn't had an issues prior. But between the uncleanness of the room, lack of wifi and disgusting customer service, I will not be giving my money to this motel again. (BTW wifi still didn't work after leaving)

The location of the hotel is in a really great place because it's close to Huntington village where there's a lot of activities and restaurants, and it's also on Jericho which has a lot of fast food options and shopping. The rooms were not very nice, and can use an update. The staff is not very friendly. I have been told on multiple occasions that they do not have rooms for the day, because they would prefer to rent the rooms out by the hour. They have literally said that they only have a few rooms that are open for people to rent for the day, and the rest of their rooms are by the hour which I find a little bit strange, and very unprofessional. They're check in is at 11:00 a.m., and we tried to check in around 1:00 p.m., when we were told that all the rooms that they rent out for the day had been given away, and we were only able to rent by the hour!! Ridiculous! We made it there once by 11:00 a.m. and booked a room for the day, but I'll never go there again. When we did stay, they call your room phone five times and bang at your door when it's 20 minutes before check out. Again, unprofessional and rude. The fact that this hotel would turn anyone away is absolutely ridiculous! If someone is willing to pay, and someone is looking for a room for the day, I don't feel that they should be turned away! I am not the only person this has happened to! I will never return to this hotel again! It's basically no hotel for a night of comfort!
