The owners are great the cleaning lady is awesome you get good service and you get good rooms

We are a frequent customer here with my children. I would recommend them they are respectful courteous and family owned. The rooms are clean and all the amenities.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Each room came with convenient basic amenities like a fridge and microwave. Overall, it’s a great deal for the price — definitely worth it!

The sheets are dirty and when you ask for new ones the lady yells at you this place is over hyped , also they told my friend they only had smoking rooms available but once we complained about the smell in The smoking room they switched our room to a non-smoking..so theyre liars

I would never stay here again. And I recommend you find any other place but here the rooms are a mess and the staff is a disaster.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more poorly run establishment. The manager is the rudest person ever met in the rooms are a disaster bedbugs.

Does not look like the pics. Me and my mother had no where to stay at the last min so we went there. We slept in our clothes the place was gross the rug where stained. Smelled like pee outside the door. Deff would not stay there again.

I stayed at the Smith point motel I think for the price you can't go wrong my room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable it was like laying on a cloud. I will let everyone I know if they are looking for a very cozy motel with a beautiful beach to the Atlantic Ocean I would say stay here. The married couple that own the motel answered any question I had were so sweet. Take advantage of this cute cozy getaway even if you are local or traveling from a long distance and you need a place to stay I recommend this motel 100 percent
