This place is good. budget friendly rooms - friendly staff. Very professional
So... This place was interesting to say the least. It wasn't a bad room...but the hot tub/ Whirlpool kinda small my boyfriend is 6'3 ...it fit him good ..but put me in there I'm only 5'4 we where kinda jammed like sardines ? ..it's a very awkward shape tub they should have went with the more square rectangle tub and forget the step into it ????... You can't see the TV in the tub. They should have put a different TV mount with a swivel or something... it's a very small room... If you trip into the room you are going to fall onto the bed ..but the bed was big and actually comfortable 4 pillows ... Everything was remodeled in the room pretty much like new . You can definitely tell everything was recently remodeled. The thing that kind of struck me as weird/odd was the amount of police hanging out in the parking lot in the morning ... .which is ok I have no issues w the police but .. . as soon as we checked out ...oddly enough...we got pulled right over soon as we pulled out of the driveway..( failure to signal before 100 ft got a verbal warning tho) ... And pretty much interrogated after that ... We trying to tell the cops... just came for the tub ... Our full-time working bones are tired we needed a good relaxing night..We didn't know that this is a " known drug motel" that was right out of the officer's mouth .." Bad things go on here you shouldn't go there "( both cops where literally interrogating us ) and to be honest that is the last thing on my mind ... nobody mentioned anything like that tho ...in the reviews nore on the Booking.com reviews . Again, I did not notice any weird stuff going outside the room few times we left. So i can't confirm. it wasn't bad..it could be better.
Place is cozy with a hint of creepy lol clean rooms and ok bed. Good for a sleep and run.
This place is wonderful. Clean rooms - friendly staff. Very professional and serious about their business. I’ve stayed here quite a few times with my hubby and i have never been disappointed. Renovated rooms clean every single time. Always smelling good. Highly recommend staying here. !
For the amount paid very noisy from business directly behind share lot with business so non guests all around your vehicle yelling until 1am with no kind of reimbursement from motel but my security deposit
Clean! Neat! Polite and friendly staff, clean rooms and fresh bedding! Large free parking! Very decent service
Booked a room through hotels.com with hotel booking protection for sporting event. Cancelled room as soon as I found out game time got moved next day. Motel refuses to reverse the charges of $500 for the night. Very poor customer service!
The rooms were clean and the service was friendly. No breakfast, but we were provided with a gift card for Dunkin which was incredibly nice. Would stay here again.
Place is clean. The guy at the front desk is friendly. It was quiet there, no traffic, no in and out. I read some reviews about people not getting their deposit. I had my deposit returned to me in full. If you treat the room like its yours and not damage anything you will get you deposit back. Only thing i didnt like was the cleaning crew have to clean the room everyday. Im very neat and treat the room as if its mine while there. I even bring a portable vac with me.That is the only complaint i have. I will stay here again. Oh, one more thing ill add. I stayed here in 2019 and the remodel was a plus. Really nice.
Everything was good up until the person at the front desk called the cops on our room. Our room was separated from other rooms so it could not have been a noise issue Maybe you were discriminating becuz my boyfriend is Spanish. Also there was other noise being made by someone shoveling snow all morning. Not the experience I wanted to wake up to I don’t know where my original review went but how did I violate policy and how was i obnoxious
