Really disappointed with our experience. Given the high price point, there were a lot of misses and things that left a lot to be desired. We requested a meal cooked rare, when it came out blue we asked for a ‘quick re-fire’ to bring up to temp. The meal we got back was heavily over cooked, well done vs rare. The manager did offer to take it back again, but by that time we had been waiting a bit and our other entree had been sitting a while. (Not to mention entrees were brought out right after starting the appetizer, and we had to rush to finish that). A small gesture like taking a drink off the bill would have gone a long way (we ordered multiple cocktails and glasses of wine). Would not recommend if looking for an elevated experience.

Wow wow wow!! We just experienced an exceptional restaurant and hotel stay at the Northport Hotel.My husband and I celebrated our Anniversary here last weekend and the whole experience just blew us away. From the seamless planning with Samantha who could not have been anymore accommodating, to the valet attendant, to the hotel manager ( I believe her name was Jenelle)who left us a beautiful card and treats waiting in our room for our Anniversary!! The hotel was just beautiful!! And the restaurant deserves all the rave reviews.The ambience was elegant while remaining charming & romantic.The food was OUTSTANDING and our waitress Lynn was so attentive and personable. If you are looking for an incredible culinary and or hotel experience, you must book the Northport hotel. I promise you you will not be disappointed..

What a wonderful restaurant and bar! We had such a lovely time, and the food was AMAZING. Everything came out quickly, and each dish was cooked to perfection. Mary at the bar was fantastic, and they serve NA beer, which is a plus for us teetotalers. Already made another reservation! Can’t wait to try the whole menu!

Went there last night for dinner! From Valet parking till we end up leaving it was smooth. The ambience is amazing! Clean place. Service was top notch. They made sure we have everything we needed. Loved the octopus and thr halibut . Delicious! I will definitely will becoming back. Oh an lets not forget about the amazing tres leches and chamomile tea we had. What a wonderful time we had a the northport hotel’s restaurant. Highly recommend

Had our anniversary dinner here. Food and drinks were great. Never felt rushed. Bone marrow escargot was very good. Steak properly cooked and seasoned. Service attentive without being overbearing. Drinks a little $ but at least well made. Taking friends here soon, so hoping for another nice night out.

Hidden gem right in the heart of Long Island! Everything about this place is screaming perfection. Wonderful staff who is over accommodating and delight to converse with. Needed a quick getaway close to home and stumbled upon this hotel. Called for last minute booking and Samantha answered all of my questions and concerns. Classic Jr. Suite is what really steals the show! Parking is easy and valet is available as well. (Please don’t forget to tip the hard working men n women!) Decided to grab a drink at the bar upon arrival and made great friends! Wonderful community and gracious bar tenders. Never pushy and absolutely polite! Management went above and beyond to make sure my stay was nothing but perfect. Heated wash room floors is just another level of attention the builders had in mind. Everything you need for a stay is accessible so had no issues there. Quiet neighborhood just a minute from board walk. Plenty of places to try delicious meals if you don’t want to dine at the hotel but I recommend dining at the hotel you won’t regret it. Definitely worth over 5 ? ?? and definitely worth coming here for a mini vacation even for a quick weekend getaway!

My husband and I stayed here on our wedding night in September and it was lovely! We originally booked a basic room, but upon our arrival, the staff informed us that the manager had very generously upgraded our room to the nicest suite they had! It was such a great surprise and my husband and I appreciated it so much. They also left champagne, a box of cookies and chocolates, and a brownie in our room for us! It made our special day even more special. The room was gorgeous and very clean. Thank you for making our wedding day even sweeter, we would highly recommend the Northport Hotel!

This is such a cute and cozy spot! The restaurant was delicious with very friendly staff. It was pouring and we didn’t have an umbrella since we were traveling and the kind bartender (Angie) allowed us to use her own personal umbrella while we toured Northport! It was a random act of kindness that made our day. We will be back!!

This place is off the charts!! Fantastic accommodations. Spectacular restaurant. Incredible service. We live 35 minutes away yet we always opt to stay the night!!! Northport is a secret waterfront harbor town. Walking all over is terrific. Great broadway plays at local theater are very entertaining. Can’t miss way to have a wonderful time.

My husband and I spent Father's Day weekend here and we were truly pleased! This hotel is BEAUTIFUL. We had the pleasure of interacting with Zoe, at the check in-out desk. She was so nice, friendly, informative and professional (her customer service was top tier, really). The lobby was gorgeous. The aesthetic was vintage, but yet so modern at the same time. Our room - so clean, so nicely put together and the bathroom was just, *chef's kiss* the cherry on top for sure! If you are going into Northport and are looking for a nice weekend away, this is where you want to be.
