8 months agoWe recently had the most wonderful stay at the Montauk Soundview hotel and couldn't be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the hotel's relaxing and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect escape. Our absolute favorite parts of the trip were the fantastic pool and beach areas. The pool was a true highlight—it was impeccably clean and offered a serene spot to unwind. We spent hours relaxing by the water, soaking up the sun, and enjoying the breathtaking views of the sound. It felt like our own private oasis. The staff were all so welcoming and helpful, which only added to our fantastic stay. We can't wait to return and create more memories!

11 months agoThe place is nice, and the location is great but the staff is really mean. Oh and the bathroom toilet always had this awful smell. We were refused to change rooms

over 1 year agoNO stars on this trip this was a Bad stay the room was dirty refrigerator was so small I would call it a cooler not a refrigerator. the blinds were ripped apart with with big holes in them. There were holes in the walls. the cost was a total rip off i called the office three times and nobody returned the calls to discuss it.

over 1 year agoEnjoyed our stay here! Had a two bedroom cottage with ocean view. Our cottage was clean which is very important. Enjoyed the Dove amenities. View was beautiful. Very relaxing. Had no issues during our stay.

almost 2 years agoPlace has a great location . We had a sound view double room with kitchenette and living room . No ice available didn’t have ice trays in room . Rug was a little dingy but the pool was nice and the view is great

almost 3 years agoNo hospitality to speak of. No coffee in the lobby for 2 days. No water in the water cooler. No pool towels available at 11am on a Saturday. Broken pool chairs. Parking was difficult after 9pm. Couldn’t figure out how to turn on living room lights but no one was at the front desk to ask for help any time we went there. Cottage was comfortable. View is amazing and location is perfect. You’re paying for those, and for nothing else.
