Interesting place. We checked in. The heat did not work in our room. It was 20 degrees outside. It was 57 degrees inside of the room. We contacted the front desk, and did not receive a response. I emailed, called, left a message and contacted Hotels.com. There was no response from the hotel at all. We could not get ahold of anyone. At 11:30 PM at night a man came to our room and informed us he wanted to check the heat. I showed him it wasn't working. About a half hour later he let us switch rooms. I wouldn't recommend this place.

My husband and I decided to go on a little staycation between Christmas and New Years. I heard this hotel was recently renovated and liked the idea of the location. We usually stay in Montauk, but I liked the idea of being close to Sag Harbor and able to easily hop around the different Hampton towns especially during the off season. We stayed in one of the cottages they have and it was clean, warm and perfect for what we needed! Great size especially if you plan on spending a little more time in the room aside from just coming back to sleep at night. The staff were very nice, they cleaned our room everyday, and we loved the little snack bar they had. And they have the cutest cat in their lobby :) We'd love to come back in the summer, the property is beautiful and they have a nice looking pool in the back.

The place is charming w lovely thoughtful rooms. TV is satellite so hard to find shows and operate Nice coffee bar But there is NO public rooms or place to have coffee or snack except room So motel rooms or cottages may be more convenient Great price. Would stay again

We stay at the Sagaponak every Christmas Holiday. The Bungalows are wonderful. Cozy, well appointed, extremely comfortable and well maintained. The staff is always so helpful, friendly, warm and welcoming. They gave us a water bowl for our dog and responded to any and every request. The breakfast bar selections are fantastic. We will return every year!

Beautiful, spacious room with character. Loved the in-room hot tub and easy drive to sites on the shoreline. Loved the common kitchen area with all the snacks and breakfast. Very close parking, quiet space.

This stay was a gift for my boyfriend, and we both absolutely loved it. From the beautiful room décor to the surprise jacuzzi in our room, everything felt thoughtful and special. We also really appreciated the free snacks available in the main inn — such a nice touch that made the experience feel even more welcoming. The staff and people at the inn were incredibly kind and genuinely caring, which made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. The only small downside was some random loud sounds during the night, but we understand that comes with other guests being present. There is also no microwave so if you’re caught in a snow storm like we were and have things to warm up, you can’t :( Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would absolutely stay here again.

The Sagaponack hotel is a lovely place to stay if you are traveling to Eastern Long Island. Very clean, newly renovated with a choice of room layouts. There is an outstanding coffee machine available all day with a choice of creamers including milk, oat milk, half & half and more. I also enjoyed the various chips & cookies. Staff is friendly and beautifully maintains the environment.

Absolutely fabulous stay. We stayed in the Bungalow and it was absolutely quaint. We had enough room for a pack n play for our baby and our dog. It was perfect that both rooms had a tv so our baby could watch her shows and we could watch ours. The backyard was a very nice touch for a night of relaxing. We appreciated the pool and all of the other hotel amenities. The front desk staff was very helpful and even offered a late check out since they were not tremendously busy that day with check-ins. We greatly appreciated this. Highly recommend this hotel!
