The rooms shown in the photos at the time of booking are completely different from what is actually provided. The place is unclean, and when contacting reception directly through messages, there is no response. The room was truly awful compared to what I paid for and what was shown at the time of booking.

The personal from this place were so rude. At my check in I said they we were two and them two guys was knocking the room so aggressive and I ask they why. They said don't hallows visits when I told them. I left the room and they refused to refund

I came here with very low expectations. Until I met the female front desk worker Madhavi. Great attitude first of all even for 1AM. But she went out of her way and even saved me some money by informing me of the short stay option…not something most people would do when the customer is already willing to pay full price. She even informed me of the new renovated rooms…which are very clean and nice for a quick short stay. She will definitely be the reason I come back to this motel and give them my business. Thank you again Madhavi.

OK, I needed to spend a night in a hotel closest to my new job. I was starting last week and I came across this place. I honestly was scared because I haven’t been in a motel in almost a decade and a half so to my surprise when I walked in and saw that you can tell this place was refurbished. I was happy I was pleased. There isn’t really any service as far as like breakfast or any special types of services, but if you’re looking for some place to stay for a day or two need a quick rest restart I would definitely stay here again

Traveled a very long way and couldn’t wait to stop and see my brother who is staying there for Sunday and Monday During the nor’easter! I traveled with two other people so when the three of us arrived, we knocked on his door and right away. A man pulls up in a van saying excuse me. He was so absolutely rude and disrespectful, and said that I could stay but the other two couldn’t they were my ride they drove with me From Louisiana. He continue to tell my brother that he’d lose his reservation so we left. This was not OK by any means after traveling so far in this weather I didn’t even wanna leave one star I wish I could leave zero to the man that did that. Thanks so much. You’re a heartless and unprofessional jerk. Then continue to harass my brother for more than 45 minutes. Do not recommend this place to anyone. I called and asked to speak with a manager and they told me that there wouldn’t be one in until 8 AM so I guess I’ll be calling back in the morning but the guy that pulled up in the van said he was the owner? Haha

Had a great night's stay, we felt very safe and they were best of all pet friendly. Looking forward to staying there again in the future: )

The place is a disgusting rip-off dump 150 a night you might as well go to the Hampton inn. Wouldn't even give me a break on the price at all. Then I looked on Expedia and all of a sudden the price has dropped well do yourself a favor stay away

I stayed for one night in beautiful renovated room. The bathroom and floor were very dirty. I hope the service qualities are improve . I will try again in the near future.

I gave them a call and simply asked if they had discounted rooms because I am struggling and don’t have money, only to be met with rudeness and getting hung up on. Very unprofessional. Don’t come here.
